Ordered sourdough double melt. According to your website it is two patties with Swiss and American cheese with sautéed onions. Instead I got the one with bacon, RAW onions, ketchup and mayonnaise both of which I despise on a burger.

Went through drive thru. Ordered chicken tenders and fries. Did not notice until I got home with food but the tenders were not cooked all the way. I had to throw away the food and was out a meal and my money.

The food was undercooked and they also shorted out meal. When we told them about the fry they shorted us they looked at our receipt and called us liarsWhen it said we ordered on the receipt. They kept complaining and not giving it to us they said fine and gave us it but I told them i would pay for another friesEven I already paid for it. Then when they gave us it the kept giving us looks until we left and kept talking about us to employees. We finally had enough and left and when we did they popped off with “we don’t normally feed this much people here.” When there was only 8 people in the store. But it was 3 women working on night shift that done this. In my opinion that’s not how you treat customers.

This AI order taking is ridiculous. I have been here multiple times and never has it gotten the order correct, thus causing a longer conversation at the window to correct the errors. It was faster, easier, and less prone to error when just speaking to a human in the first place. Do better Rallys, do better.
