Rib Lickers Smoke Shack

The wife and I tried it today for the first time. They were short staffed but we will still be sure to go back. The food was great and we didnt have any complaints of anything. Love the way it's all decorated also its pretty cool. Great place for the family also.

Food was really good. They only had one waitress. She was hustling though. They weren't real busy so we still got our food in a timely manner. Cool atmosphere.

Quite possibly the worst restaurant experience I’ve had in my life. I am a business owner myself so I am totally understanding to staffing & supply issues. However I am not understanding to what took place last night. Rib Lickers used to be a great place to come. Everything has changed and I wouldn’t come back here for a free meal. First off, It was no more than 55 degrees literally in the dining area last night. Customers were sitting at tables waiting for their food wearing

Will not turn the heat on, currently out of hash brown casserole, Mac and cheese, and spicy chicken. Been waiting over an hour for food. This place use to be awesome. They have changed a lot. Won’t be back.

Have to say a bit disappointed. Had been wanting to go for some time and was referred by friends saying it was so good. It's not that it was bad, just cold and average. Half rack ribs, cold.... Half of chicken, cold.... Two big baked potatoes and they wouldn't even melt the butter. Just crazy that this would happen at a rib joint. Overall, good flavor and very pricey for the portions you get and did I mention cold. If it was hot would have been a better review.

This was our second visit to Rib Lickers because I really like the hush puppies. We won't be back. There is an employee there running a scam of putting alcohol on the wrong tickets (Janice you know who you are). It's an old scam to skim money or steal alcohol. She did this to us and when we said the ticket was messed up as we did not have alcohol she became verbally abusive to hide her tracks. All the other staff are and were great. But we won't go back and experience abuse and fraud. One bad employee can kill a business. If she is ever gone, and it's a small town so I'll know, then I would be happy to eat their food. One bad apple really can spoil the whole bunch.

Our expectations were too high....Despite the signage there was no brisket. That may not be a bad thing.Ribs are expensive and only average. Potato salad was soupy, the potatoes reminded us of frozen hash brown cubes. Just skip the peach cobbler. Forget all the noise about pizza.On a redeeming note, the staff is friendly and helpful. Restaurant has a definite barbecue ambiance.I get it, Covid and all the hullabaloo the pandemia brought have taken a toll on everything. So expect less and you won't be disappointed.

Went for the first time. After driving by many times, we finally went in. The BBQ egg rolls were tasty. But the rest of the food came out luke warm and felt like it had set out for a while. Have to say, the price was a little too high for the quality of food.

Well I sat at the window while a guy played with the register and NEVER even acknowledged I was sitting at the window to order.. sat there for a while and drove off.. then tried to call and make an order and the phone wrong 12 times and no one answered .. there was one car in the parking lot so they can't blame it on being busy. Looks like to me they are so well kept they don't need business.. Happy Tuesday. Guess I'll go eat Mexican.

Delicious food, wonderful atmosphere! The bbq sauce is really good, meat is tender and the sides are flavorful.Love this place!

Great food and fast service

The food is just so so. The service is so so and the prices are high. Definitely worth skipping.

It was good the first night we ate there. It had lots of flavor good and tender. But the second time we went there the meet we ate had no flavor.

My husband said the ribs were great. The po boy and potato salad were not. One kid got a chicken sandwich and the other got a delux burger. The chicken sandwich was not good at all but the burger was. Service was good and very fast. Very inexpensive for what you get.
