At the end of our not so great service I was charged $12.99 for one chicken breast. So I asked to speak to the manager as I had not ordered nor received what was on the ticket. (I ordered a chicken sandwich with no bun or fries) So the price of my single chicken breast went down to 9.99. 😳

Shoney's used to be a great family restaurant. I don't know what they are trying to be now. The quality of the food has gotten worse, and the price for the breakfast bar and a drink is over $16. The price is just too much for one plate of food. It may just be me.

The hot bar was decent. The service….well we were sat initially at a table that had already been sat… Surprise!! They come back from the buffet to find us at their table! So we find another table- waitress forgets our refills- twice. Then they try to add another tables ticket to our ticket at checkout …. Comedy of errors I am sure but I certainly hope this is not how dining in 2025 will be.

Negative 1 star. I could not eat there. Everything was sticky and so dirty. Trash everywhere on the inside on the floor. Tables sticky. Nasty. First impressions are Everything. This place is dirty. Not worth the try.

When we first get there waitresses were talking about their tips.There were two,one had made one dollar the other had made 8. There was only one other table there when we got there. The popcorn shrimp and frog legs were cold,the fried chicken was hard.This is items off the buffet.The waitress ask how food was I told her, didn't ask for a discount or free meal.She then starts to talk with manager and act like I'm just trying to get a free meal.I know there are those who do try things like that,but that isn't me.I just want to be treated with respect and if my food is supposed to be hot I want it hot. I did pay my full price even after they said they could only take 20 percent off.No thankyou I'll take my money else where.This is the Glasgow, KY Shoneys at 5:15 pm on 12-27-24.

I should have listened to my gut and left as soon as I was seated. The floor was filthy all around me including my booth. Honestly disgusting. I wasn't expecting a 5 star restaurant but seriously! Dirty tables when I arrived were still dirty when I left. The manager and employee walked between the food bar, (which looked well over cooked) both dragging their hands the entire length of the food bar, not a glove in site! I ordered from the menu and the food was okay, hot and fresh. Took 20 minutes to get a to-go box and check. So many fixable things that could make this a much better place. Sad!
First let me say we eat many meals in Lebanon TN. Shoney's. And always enjoy the food ect. But tonight we decided to go to Glasgow KY. Big mistake here. There buffet was just nasty. Food mix together, Food laying all over buffet. We was searve with plastic fork spoon ext. They wasn't full but around buffet I say 16 people. They bring out maybe 10 to 12 small slices of turkey at a time. Feeding maybe three people. We stood in that line for 15 minutes. Some people was eating there meal standing there waiting. Now at end of meal was supposed to get pumpkin pie. Young lady inform us they are frozen !!!! Brought to table on tiny paper plate with plastic wrap on top. I ask her can we please have a to go contain. She said sorry manger said they couldn't be used for them. Shoney's I never posted anything bad about you all. But the whole time there I never saw a person wven try to clean up that buffet. You need to do better !!!!

All the food that i had was Great food, Good environment usually have great server's this time server's took our order brought everyone's drinks and never came back to see if we needed anything at all. We had to ask other server's for refills which they did because when she was told she did not also had to ask others for the checks she appeared with the checks tho.

Hmmm... Food is ok but something is not right with the waitstaff.
Upon arrival (about 10am), there was only one couple in line to be seated ahead of us, but the line quickly grew. No one was staffed at the hostess station and no one greated us.
Strangely, every one of the waitstaff (purposely it seemed) avoided eye contact with those of us in line. Several groups in line behind us left.
After 10+ minutes someone came and seated us and the couple ahead of us. Then, no one came to our table. After waiting another 15+ minutes, I searched out and asked for someone to come to our table to provide water and silverware. After that it was fine, our server (Makaila) was good.
My first thought was they may be short-staffed, but I saw 5 waitresses and 7 tables with guests, the restaurant was nearly empty (see pic).

Waited almost an hour for two fried eggs, 3 pieces of crisp bacon and 2 biscuits. After the 3rd attempt at the crisp bacon I just didn’t eat it. I did still have to pay for it although it was not edible! Very disappointed at the food quality will be my last visit.
