The waitress was sweet. They played 80s music which I like. The food was cold and looked like it had been sitting out for hours. They didn't have much options either. The put out new mashed potatoes and used a dirty spoon. The food didn't have no seasoning. I do not recommend the Buffet. It was not worth the $38 it cost us. And honestly they didn't have much business

Was terrible this evening mac and cheese was all starch gravy had chunks it was terrible service workers all at bar talking while manger was braiding a girls hair at counter then get ready eat soup it was terrible

Have been here many times and it has always been great but today we had Elizabeth as our server and she was amazing. She was so attentative and was such an inspirational young lady. Shoneys really is lucky to have someone that has such loyalty to her company.

I ordered a breakfast item, never got my toast. Three of us got our food at the same time. Our 4th member waited almost 15 minutes later before her baked spaghetti came out. Staffing was all talking about an employee that was late. Store manager was upset he might have to stay and wait tables. The food was good but service needs work. The late employee did show up. Store manager was happy about that

It's sad to see how far this location has fallen. I remember coming with my dad on Sundays for brunch every Sunday. It was his favorite place to eat. Now you go in and if you het the food bar the food has been sitting for so long it's dry and hard. If you order from the menu, it takes 30 minutes to get it and it's cold. Food that's suppose to be cooked to order is cold and thats with the resteraunt not busy. There were only 4 tables eating and they were all eating off the bar with the exception of us. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!
