First shift or morning shift is absolutely amazing. But afternoon and evening shift are terrible. We go there maybe five times a week and sometimes it takes half an hour just to get drinks.

We went thru the drive thru. Ordered for 5 of us in the car. Of the items ordered, one item was a hamburger no cheese with only ketchup and mayo.
Another item was a sonic cheeseburger no onion and no lettuce.

When we got the food the hamburger with mayo and ketchup was a cheeseburger with mayo and ketchup. We asked for it to be fixed. They gave us a hamburger with tomato pickles onion and lettuce. We asked for it to be fixed. The lady just stared at us. Acted like we were speaking another language. Then a few minutes later the manager came to the window. Acted all put out. Had to ask like 4 times what was wrong with the burger. When she returned to the window there was no apology for the absolute time suck or for the mistake even. The customer who ordered this item cannot have dairy.. so it matters! The second burger listed above that was no lettuce or onion had a ridiculous amount of onion on it. I didn’t ask for them to fix it but just removed the onion myself, which removed most of the condiment with it. Then when I bit into the burger there were charred burnt pieces of meat piggybacking onto my burger. Not only did they lack care in filling our order but their attitude was awful.

Went to the dining area to order food and stood at the speaker waiting for someone for 10 minutes. They didnt have a bunch of people in their stalls only a busy drive thru. There is absolutely zero reason I should have been left on that patio. What your doing is slamming your entire drive thru line before even addressing your customers and that is devastating to door dashers pay average. You all should be fired and the manager should go thru some hard core retraining to understand the importance of order prioritization. To put it simple, you all suck!!!

Update, just had to come for another doordash and had to wait 20 minutes for some drinks. Youre all clowns. Kys

Ordering on line, it sucks? They can’t get their orders right when you reach the window, and they have no one up there in Glasgow that knows how to make our southern ice tea! It’s all watered down, there’s no tea taste in it… Sonic was my favorite fast food for their tator tots, and #2 burgers w/ mustard, OMG…the taste was awesome, idk what happened, but it’s not there anymore, and I can’t get mustard put on one if I ask them, it’s going down hill, management needs help, or new management? 👍

Food was not good, got chicken sandwich, n̈ot much meat was less than aforth inch thick all grissle !!! Nasty!!! Ordered route 44 coke, got a route 44 level cup of ice with about 4 ounces of coke!! What a waste of money!! Never again!!

Got 2 sausage biscuits that were burnt and 2 tots that were well done and extra chewy. Gross! The burgers are also always over cooked, fries are dry and over cooked and so are tots. Money wasted and I probably won’t be back! Someone needs better training.

I love Sonic but not this one. The service is always slow and the food quality is not up to par from other Sonic’s. Not sure if it is staffing issues but there is a lot of room for improvement here.
