We were waited on and taken care of by Ian very kind and caring employee well mannered. I must say this is the cleanest subway we have ever eaten at and now we won't go anywhere but this one. Ian was working alone and he got a little busy I have never seen a young employee hold it together like he did what an Amazing job Ian. I think you need a raise ?

We had coupons buy one get one free and u buy a drink,well gave the kid my coupon and he says they don't take this one,but he said I could give u half of,I asked why they don't take them he said it's cause this place was personally owned,that should not matter this is still subway,wasn't to happy, I won't be coming back to this one ,I will go to the one I usually go to

Extremely rude and smart mouth kid who calls himself the “manager” would not give me any info on who was his manager and/or who was the owner to file a complaint. Every time I go in there the kids are playing around the kid who calls hisself the manager again was giving out free food to his girlfriend I’m guessing while there was a line of people he wasn’t paying us any attention at all just giggling and talking about stuff that should not be discussed. There was a former manager who worked there and she was in line and said that place has been ran down a lot lately. I filed a formal complaint waiting on a response.
Used to be a decent subway. Food is subpar on a good day now and the staff are rude. Especially the snarky blonde kid working the counter. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra half mile to Jersey Mikes.
