I went in to order a birthday cake 4 days before pick up. They lost the ticket. I'll give props for trying to correct the issue. I really don't think the issue is fully resolved but I guess it'll have to do because if I tried anywhere else at this time, I would get crap. I'll change the rating once I get the final product.

My mother recently had her 79th birthday and I called them on the phone and gave them exactly what I wanted as far as the birthday cake. They exceeded my expectations and we’re very nice and the cake looked wonderful. It made my mama smile thank you for a job well done.
Asked for a snail cottagecore type birthday cake and they delivered perfectly!!! The little snails were the highlight of my day. The cake was moist and the chocolate ganache was perfectly smooth. Great price as well. Thanks for making my birthday extra special!
