I went in to order a birthday cake 4 days before pick up. They lost the ticket. I'll give props for trying to correct the issue. I really don't think the issue is fully resolved but I guess it'll have to do because if I tried anywhere else at this time, I would get crap. I'll change the rating once I get the final product.

I ordered a cake for a friend at work for her birthday this is the first time I have bought from this bakery and I have to say I am so impressed the cake was absolutely beautiful I wanna say thank you so much to the staff for being so kind to me and doing such an amazing job

I’ve always loved Sweetheart Bakery so there was no other option when it came to picking a bakery for our wedding cake. Our guests raved about the flavor! (We picked butter pecan with buttercream icing). We can’t thank them enough for helping make our day special.
