I went in because I needed a job and they fixed me up real good I was only in there for maybe 2 minutes and I got everything I needed quick and they bring alot of customers and have great customer service

Waited for ten mins before ordering one chicken sandwich and then takes another fifteen to bring it out. Didn't bother to tell me that it was a six min wait before paying for it neither. Very unhappy with the wait.

I ordered a Frosty. 2 other people were in the restaurant ahead of me. It took 16 minutes to get a Frosty. So much for fast food. Never will return.

Service has gotten better !!! Then it was about 6 months ago for sure ..... Adding new stuff to the menu.. Not as bad about leaving stuff off .....
But I still have to ask for a drink carrier every time no matter if there are 3 or 25 drinks only a real downfall!!! Drives me nuts !!!

Ordered 4 items, 3 were the right item with wrong ingredients. (Ex: Bacon instead of sausage) The lady at the drive through window was very rude and sounded like she wanted to be doing anything but taking orders. When I pulled up to the speaker, she mumbled something like, ‘Give me a minute.’ I sat for nearly 10 minutes with no updates when she rudely asked what I wanted. When I got to the window, one of my drinks was caramel instead of chocolate. The caramel syrup was on the lid from where it was prepared! I told her that I ordered Chocolate and she replied, ‘That is chocolate.’ I showed her the caramel syrup on the lid and she asked someone behind her if she made chocolate or caramel, the woman said chocolate and they both looked at me and told me it was chocolate. The color and syrup on the lid told me they not only isn’t know how to be polite, but were also ignorant to the differences between caramel and chocolate. After making disgusted faces, they handed me another one. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with Wendy’s, but it’s the first time that an employee at a fast food place has made me want to submit a negative review. Horrible start to my day and I will never go back to Glasgow’s Wendy’s again. Word of advice for management, hire smiling faces and personality. Don’t scrap the bottom of the barrel for people who want to be anywhere else
