Wendy's food is good and hot most of the time but today it was not the greatest. And then when I added an extra single it was $5.79. So Wendy's needs to lower its prices.

Just know if you order a Baconator that what you get will not be what is pictured on the menu or on the app or even what Wendys.com says it is. After I get my food I get a pathetic looking burger with one patty and 3 tiny pieces of bacon. A Baconator according to Wendy’s themselves has 2 patties and 6 pieces of bacon. I went back around to let them know and of course they do not care. Will never be eating at this Wendy’s location again.

Been there twice recently and our food was cold and stale, it was gross, the edges of our buns were hard and the meat was dry and tough around the edges and the fries were cold.

I went here at 12:40am, Feb 2 2025. I ordered a triple plain, they gave me a triple fully dressed. I told them about it, and they were super upset and told me I didn't order that. They then gave me a plain double. I tried to apologize and explain I ordered a triple. They were even more upset, tried to convince me I didn't order a triple, and then gave me a plain triple. I left after that.
They also completely forgot my cinnabon. Was too afraid to go back, they were really hostile, I didn't want to get yelled at for just wanting the correct food I paid for.

This was yesterday, They got angry and very rude when I asked for a frosty and told me the machine was down so I asked for Cinnabons instead and they said they had them but didn't give them to me and to top it off they gave me the wrong burger 3 separate times like come on. Overall the dude was an ass and quite frankly I think should be fired or get a pay cut.

Once again they left one of my sandwiches out. I had to turn around I was going to go back inside to get it to the doors are locked there is only drive-thru service. I waited in line for about 15 minutes to pick up my left out sandwiches. By then everything was cold. Not good, Wendy's.

I'm not sure why they changed the chilli .... It's a lot of beans Like ...a lot ... I hardly seen any meat in it ... I won't be getting it again At least not for a while Well ... it's been a while and it would have been good if it was hot ... it didn't even melt the cheese ?

Was decent considering all the problems they was having. Only 2 workers last night. Only problems I had was that he had to make my drink 3 times. First was the wrong size, then the right sized cup was busted, he noticed it before it could leak into the car. Then he forgot my second drink and I had to remind him. But like I said, only 2 workers, and 5 cars behind me, he was overwhelmed. At least he remembered my straws, that's usually what gets forgotten.
