Placed our order at 8:25pm and was told to pull forward to wait on grilled chicken for the Cobb Salad. Waited for over 20 minutes after 10 cars were served. The employee that walked out delivering the other 3 cars, told us “ not my fault” shrugged and went back in the building. Made the drive from Bowling Green because of their terrible service but thanks for matching the awful service. One more fast food restaurant off my list of places to eat at!!
White cheese bites for $4.99? That’s a shame
Absolutely love zaxbys!! My only complaint is that they supposedly close at 9 but we got there at 845 and they already had their automated message saying they were closed 😕 maybe post something that they stop cooking earlier.. idk.. we were super disappointed last night though.
