Emily the General Manager was nothing but amazing then I believe they had 2 managers in training named Jessica and Caitlin and they were amazing. Very polite and recommended couple things on the menu to me. They even stopped by the table to check on me. I have nothing to say but amazing things about this location. I will be back.

while my order was bein taking i had to repeat myself 3 times. then get to the window and theres 3 females snotty and rude. i checked my food it was wrong. asked to be remade they just wanted to hand me the stuff to make it myself. i said no i want my food remade correctly. then jessica the manager comes to the window cusses and yells at me and very disrespectful. micheal is also very rude and unprofessional. this place needa HELP. im a manager my self and thats not how you treat customers. hopefully you guys can get it together as this place SUCKSS.

$40+ and the chicken wings were obviously and visually old to anyone with sense. And with the 3 orders they gave a total of 1 barbecue sauce. I WILL NOT SPEND ANOTHER CENT AT THIS LOCATION. I have been to zaxbys from Florida all the way to Glasgow KY. THIS location is horrible. Corporate needs to shut it down or retrain everyone in the kitchen. Despicable. Gross

It was ok. Had the new chicken tacos. Wasn’t very impressed. Barely had any lettuce and tomato on them. And one small chicken finger a peice. But for 10 bucks you can’t expect too much.

At drive-thru discovered an employee taking orders manually, apparently speaker wasn't working. Food was cold, pickles had obviously been pressed into the bun fow awhile. Asked for mayo on sandwich and got a packet. Great, just great.
