Mountain Mike's Coffee House

Delicious coffee located in the historic district of Glendale! So glad we gave it a try. Great pricing also!

Went for the first time since the new people took over and it is now TERRIBLE!! We came in and they was working on a order then we placed ours we got 2 out of 5 of our drinks and then more people came in and our other 3 drinks keep getting pushed farther and farther back!!! Bounce the drinks were terrible!!! The lady behind making the drinks just complained the whole time that she didn't want to be there!!!

Great local coffee shop in historic Glendale, KY. They have a nice rotating menu of unique flavors or you can get "plain ol' coffee" if you'd like. A good community partner and employer for some young folks. I'm more than happy to support this business.

We ordered our usual 2 large frozen caramel frappes. The young man working slid the drinks over to me and because this was the second time this has occurred, I asked him why we received the smaller size when I ordered the large drinks. He then tells me oh well it's because they ran out of large cups. I then asked him why were still paying the same price on an obviously smaller drink, he laughs and tells me to reach out on Instagram! I'm not Instagram but sure am here on Facebook. I'd sent 2 messages to Mountain Mikes both were ignored, thus here's a well earned review! These folks are thieves under the guize of "Christian"!

One of Glendale’s best spots! I love coming here when visiting out-of-town family. The atmosphere is cozy and cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The coffee is delicious. Mountain Mike’s elevates the community!

I was really disappointed and hoping for something nice. I visited on an early weekday morning while traveling on the interstate with family. We wanted to grab something quick and small to eat and get some coffee (as advertised). We were told there were no pastries, no bowls, and only 2 muffins. The employee did offer to make us a grill cheese sandwich. So, any sort of quick breakfast for the family was out of the question. We asked for a paper plate and knife to split the muffins between the family, as there were only 2 muffins to sell, and was given a spoon and paper towell. The lattes we ordered were way too hot, and the milk was scorched when prepared, leaving a bitter taste and ruining the drink. Again, I was hopeful as the shop was unique and quaint, but ultimately, I was greatly disappointed.
