when you place an order, they and you spell your last name for them they don’t put it on right then they don’t get your order right when you tell him exactly what you want on the phone I will never order here again and then when you take it in there, nobody would hold the door for you to help you come in with them and I drop one and didn’t offer to replace when they didn’t even get the order right and then charged me for the replacement so it brought 4 pizzas and to papa bowls to cost almost 200.00 so go to little ceaser or Pizza Hut it’s cheaper

I usually love Ordering from here. However today I did an order a couple hours ahead of time. Asked to have ready by 5:45. I believe they made it as soon as order was placed because when I got it it was ice cold! So I’d suggest you to not preorder

I have missed Papa John’s so much since the one in Logan County closed a decade or so ago. People seem to flock to junk like Lil Caesars cause it’s cheap. But lemme tell you, we got peppers and pizza under $20 using a deal and it was perfection. No pictures cause we ate it all!! Staff was friendly and hooked me up with sauce and peppers. Service was quick and fast. Atmosphere is fine because who wants to eat in anymore? Get your food and go home!

Food was all accounted for and good but my only complaint is when we got a 2L of Pepsi it wasn’t cold. They could at least be cold if we pay triple the price they are in other stores

The best papa John’s around here. I stopped going to Pikeville because they don’t make them right.(too dry and not enough sauce) This one loaded it down with cheese and it was perfect. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location in Williamson. Staff was friendly and made my order quick
I absolutely love Papa Johns but was a little worried after seeing the reviews. We ordered bread sticks, a papa bowl and the chicken parmesan bites online. Everything tasted really good and exactly how it is suppose to. It was warm, loaded with flavor and delicious.
I did have a little problem of them not giving me the sauces I ordered, so I just drove back to the pick up window and the super nice employee made it more than right.

Absolutely outstanding customer service. The manager Teresa at the South Williamson location made everything look like magic. You can actually stand there and watch the magic happen. Twirling the pizza dough around like she's a true pizza professional. You can tell she's been in the business awhile. Hot delicious pizzas better than what my own mind was wishing for. Very hot..very saucy and just loaded. 36 bucks for these 2 pizzas with 2 large drinks..a great deal. Teresa will remember me and told her I was leaving a review. Tell Teresa that she's a true asset to this business. Papa John's could not have possibly found a better fit for manager of this store. No joke..out of 5 stars...all businesses should strive to achieve Teresa's 5.5 stars. She is worth her hire. And thanks again Papa John's for great pizza !

Called and called and called but no one would answered. It was 30 minutes until close this isn’t the first time but it’s the first time I decided to complain about it. I work at a restaurant and I know what it’s like so I don’t judge hard but over and over again they’re refusing to answer calls to get out of making more food before close and having to clean up again. The foods great I have no complaint for the service I get when I get service I just think it’s unacceptable that they’re refusing to do the work they’re being paid for because their shifts almost over.

Very disappointed. Pizza is worst I've ever ate. And obviously thrown together with no pride. Toppings not spread out just piled up. And pizza sauce was either watered down or not the sauce you get from papa johns. Pepperoni pizza somehow the center of it was just crust, either they bought dropped it or sat something on it. Lastly id gotten Alfredo bowl for my daughter.. it had zero Alfredo noodles.. basically just vegetables smothered in sauce with very little chicken. This location hasn't been opened long, this was my first time and last time ordering from here.

Coming from a former employee of this place, 10/10 do NOT recommend, it’s based on favoritism and completely unfair “rights” if you will. Food isn’t bad when you manage to get it, half of it anyways. They’re known to send out pizzas recklessly whether it’s right or wrong. Complain very much about having to do THEIR JOB! Don’t believe me? Go check it out for yourself
