Barn8 was full on a Thursday evening. We felt lucky to get our 6:45 pm reservation! The atmosphere was warm and the decor was interesting throughout. The fresh salad with baked pears was excellent and large enough to share among the three of us. The ravioli dish, however, was a bit underwhelming for the price. The trout and bison entrées were both amazing, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The miniscule icecream dish was flavorful. Our waitress was attentive and friendly....
Barn8 is a truly special dining experience—elegant, intimate, and full of character. Set inside a beautifully restored horse barn, the atmosphere blends rustic charm with modern sophistication. The grounds are incredible from flowers to herbs! The menu is simple, creative and truly farm to table. We weren’t drinking and felt our server didn’t appreciate it and overall was absent but otherwise, it was a lovely visit and we’d return. Last note - the chickens clucking...
