I was charged an extra $10 on my debit card that I did not approve. Bad service. In definite need of a bar rescue!
Not very friendly and service is definitely not what it should be. Was there with a party of 10 and didn't feel welcome from the get go. Saw two tables walk out while there. Definitely need some changes.
Left a google review and got a less than a smart response. Complained about getting no service for 30 minutes. 15 minutes to get menus, another 15 and still hadn’t even gotten so much as a drink order turned in. They bragged about a 20 minute food time on tickets, blamed limited seating and blamed our “large party” of 7 for not calling ahead. A. We had a seat. B. The staff are fabulous and the bartenders never left us empty. The service is excellent and on point, with food and drinks brought out quickly. The cooks are great and this place works hard. It's a fun place to enjoy with friends and family, where people can hang out and have some fun after a long day. The cheesy pizza breadsticks are also soo yummy. The duck machine in the game room is really fun and the music is always good. However, parking can be limited, especially for larger vehicles.
