This is where we buy our meats. Always top quality. Ground beef from the grocery store had become a concern because in one pkg there could be 30+ different cows mixed in from almost anywhere in the world. And there was no way to know what they were fed. I've heard from cattle people that big feed lots will feed ground up ANYTHING, including candy. At Higgins, the beef they sell is the beef they raised. You can taste the difference.

In Grand River for honeymoon , we were looking for breakfast this central KY boy loves his breakfast !!!!!!! I’m tell ya this place has killer breakfast . From farm to table ain’t no lie !!!!!! Biscuits and that fresh sausage gravy !!!!!
Try the wagyu ground beef and OMG I loved it also tried to Angus flank steak and it was absolutely delicious it is pricey but it's worth the taste and the locality

Such a clean professional kitchen and chef. Highly recommend the pork tenderloin sandwich with fries. There is a wonderful selection of farm fresh cuts available for sale lamb,pork, and beef. Even Wagyu beef. Don't worry if your not a cook or grill master just eat in the store thier grill master will take care of you.
