We were so disappointed with our stay at Patti’s. The room was decorated really nice with Loretta Lynn memorabilia. The lady behind the desk was friendly. The downstairs seemed clean. But, there was a horrible stinch in our room. I’m not sure what the smell was but, it was AWFUL! Not good with someone that has allergies. My eyes were itching and had a terrible headache. The elevator did not work, the bed in our room, felt like I was doing a headstand while I was sleeping. The pool area needs to be updated very badly. Friendly staff,the only good thing. stayed in The Beatles room. Would not recommend.
We stayed here Saturday night. It was so nice. The fresh smell of popcorn when we walked it the door! Staff was very nice and welcoming! We stayed in the Elvis themed room! You can tell a lot of time has went into making this hotel just a little more special from start to finish! How fun! Did not expect all the little touches all around! Was very clean. I can't wait to come back.
