The dining room and restrooms needed cleaning. The food was very good. Service wasn't all that friendly, but wasn't rude.

Ordered through drive thru a chicken strip basket because I had a digital coupon. When I pulled up she said she couldn't take it because her scanner didn't work in drive thru. She didn't want to try to check me out at the other register and was grumpy about it. Not helpful at all and to make matters worse she was the manager on duty. I would have bought something else or gone somewhere else. I also didn't get a receipt to even get points for it. The toast was soggy too. A let down for sure. She didn't even apologize about it.

My lady and I had the new Superman Blizzard. David was the manager on duty and he and his staff provided an excellent experience. The store was clean, staff friendly and the blizzards were great.

I can not tell you about the atmosphere because it was a drive thru order. Great window service. The only downside was my hamburger was not hot. The fries was delicious and hot. The chicken strips was great but no on the burger.

Evidently I was very hungry. I thought the food was delicious and quick as you would hope for a fast food. I would go back.

Got two orders of pretzels waited at the window for way too long and they weren’t even warm all the way through.

Walked in Friday for lunch around noon.. 4 of us stood at the front counter for more than 5 minutes without any acknowledgment that we were there. There wasn’t a single person in the store but us. Needless to say we left.

I ordered a medium reese blizzard & medium turtle pecan cluster blizzard tonight @ drive thru & get all the way home & it was 2 reese blizzards so I go all the way back & tell the worker at the drive thru & he says pull around & give me your blizzard & I’ll replace it with the right one. I pull around to the window & hand him the blizzard & he comes back with a SMALL turtle pecan cluster blizzard. He says “I can only give you a small because my manager said half of the other blizzard was eaten”. I told him it wasn’t half eaten but I knew it wasn’t his fault & left. I had taken 2 bites of the blizzard & she said it was half eaten! My problem is even if I ate all of it they owe me a medium turtle pecan cluster blizzard because they’re the ones that messed the order up & I wasted my time & gas driving all the way back to get a small!!! I tried to call after processing all of this to get the managers name but they were closed. What happened to making the orders right when you mess it up?? Again I don’t have an issue with the one working the drive thru but I have an issue with the manager! My husband & son go there quite a bit so you’ve lost some business!
Have been waiting for 14 mins with no other customers in line. Manager too worried about her computer work to help the cashier at front. Fries were ice cold had to wait for them to make a new

We occasionally go there to order food to go, and every time we do, our order is wrong, especially when it comes to their burgers. I usually only see 2 people working there now, which may be the reason, because that is not even close to being enough people considering how busy it gets. They need to hire more people. I know it's not due to worker shortage, because I see people applying a lot more than usual.
