Had to leave one star because there was no option for zero stars. Waited in drive thru at the speaker for 10 minutes. Decided to just go inside. Waited another 10 minutes while nobody working even attempted to take the order of the person in front of me. He finally just walked out. The girl that took my order had such a bad attitude. I waited over 35 minutes for 4 famous bowls and 2 Mac and cheese bowls. The whole time the cook was standing there eating, and the poor manager was doing her best to get mobile orders and drive thru orders. I finally get my food only to find that I'm missing one of my famous bowls. Tried to call and it's busy. This place has went to he77

KFC Grayson is possibly the worst restaurant I've ever had the displeasure of eating. 40 minutes to get food, was cold, and order was wrwrong. Next time I will drive to Ashland.

I went to Kentucky fried Chicken it was the best chicken you can ever get I got the comeback sauce and it was really good and it is very clean and I enjoyed it I highly recommend it

I've came servel times within this past year before reviewing and decided it's time. Just ordering a one person meal, had to wait about 10 mins just to place the order, then AFTER paying was told they didn't have what I ordered ready and of course had to wait even longer. Not to mention there was one car in front of me, who pulled out BEFORE placing my order. Common sense would be to tell the customer either during the order OR before paying because a refund is an even longer wait. I really don't understand how their in business and won't be back.

The food was awful. I don't even know how this KFC is still open. Every time we go the food is stale and cold. The soda fountain was also not working right and every soda was watered down. Will never go here again.

Ordered the 4 piece meal, but they were out of legs and thighs, had to sunb with two wings and rwo breasts. Chicken was a little greasy, the meal was okay but not what I have grown to expect from KFC.
