They are pulling every order.. no matter how busy they are. Extreme wait times, and last week my order was handed to the wrong car and I needed up being there 30 minutes for a $10 order….
drive thru employees need to be retrained and/or replaced! not all, but there are quite a few with attitudes. terrible customer service coupled with attitude at this location seems to be the norm on evening shift! why do I almost always have to argue for an extra sauce when i order chicken nuggets? tonight god forbid I asked for 1 extra for each 10 piece order (2 orders) and got the we can only give 1 extra sauce speech! when I told her, yes, I'm aware of the policy, but there...read full review
The lady that is working this morning and handing food out the drive-thru needs an attitude adjustment. I’m so tired of the poor customer service at this location. My order is never right and always comes with a side of attitude.
