WOW. Drive thru member was the absolute rudest individual I have experienced. Most times, if the customer says a sauce pack is not in the bag, don't correct them and say yes it is. Then, when we turn the bag upside down and say no, it isn't. Then get all butt hurt and slam the window. It'd be a pitty to lose your job over a sauce packet.

I recently went to this McDonald’s and had the most wonderful experience. The staff has always been excellent. Selena in particular works very hard and did a great job with getting out my food in a timely manner. Will definitely be coming back and most definitely recommend this particular location!

Black coffee. How do you manage to screw that up? Come on kids.🤣 Tend to get the wrong order often with food items, of course never in my favor either. Lol ordered a sausage, egg & cheese biscuit, received a plain sausage biscuit. Would have had it fixed but went home to eat. Yay.
After waiting an extremely long time to pick up a mobile order through the drive thru, I still ended up missing several food items from my order. It seems to be one of the common things that happen at this location. If you try to go back and get the missing items, the workers seem to get mad and make the whole ordeal like it's your fault.
You've been warned.
Parking: Not a lot of spots to park and the mobile order pickup locations are narrow and close together.
Grayson McDonalds is very nice. They actually have a play place!!! This McDonald's and the next one off of I-64 is my favorite (Cannonsburg/Ashland exit, No play place but still very nice.)
Parking: The parking can be difficult but the entry is front and center.
Kid-friendliness: It still has a play place!!! So many of them do not have this anymore. They have opted for a more "modern" , "cafe-style" look and it is not a great look. However, this mcdonalds seems to want to stay true to it's original mission of being family friendly.

After waiting 25 mins after ordering I got my food. Well at least I thought I did. It was totally wrong and not even close to what I ordered. I took it back to the counter and waited another 10 mins for someone to acknowledge me. The second sandwich was just as wrong as the first. The store was dirty and the crew unorganized and borderline rude. I will never visit this location again
