This restaurant use to be amazing the food was always fresh and hot and the service was great but since new management has taken over fries are always stale and cold half the time you can't get McCafé drinks burgers and nuggets are dry and hard and since when does ordering a hamburger come with cheese on it I mean seriously it was in a hamburger wrapper with the order receipt stuck to it saying no cheese. Within 3 years it has become a whole new crew management and all and it is one of the worst ones I've been to

Service is hit and miss. We went once when there was an assistant general manager and it was the worst then. The manager was rude and rushing. He didn't take his workers requests seriously, brushed them off and came off rude. The one worker who was really nice and went out of their way has since left. Honestly probably due to that manager. The food is ok but all mcdonalds food anymore is just ok and overpriced. I mainly go for my kid to play in the play place and I hate that they downsized it so much.

I love coming here because they have a play place. It is a little small but perfect if you have smaller kids and I love that it is separates from the normal dining area so kids can run around freely.

you guys really need to start paying attention to your guys orders!! Im sick and tired of going through telling them not to put something on my burger and they do it anyway!! It even says it on the bag “no cheese and extra pickle” but when I open my food box, what do I see!?! either start doing your job or don’t get one at all! How would you like it if someone did that to your food?! Both of my orders are WRONG!! DO YOUR JOB!.

How do you sell McRibs with BBQ sauce on them. I get some people ask for it that way. But if it’s ordered like it’s supposed to be ordered then it should have sauce on it.

Probably one of the worst McDonalds I’ve been to. Service is horrible! Usually the drive thru the people that take the payments are fine but the people that hand you your food will make no type of customer service contact with you they will nonchalantly not even look at you hand you your food and slam the window. It happens every time. The food always taste old and soggy. This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to ever. God loves you, do better!
