Service is hit and miss. We went once when there was an assistant general manager and it was the worst then. The manager was rude and rushing. He didn't take his workers requests seriously, brushed them off and came off rude. The one worker who was really nice and went out of their way has since left. Honestly probably due to that manager. The food is ok but all mcdonalds food anymore is just ok and overpriced. I mainly go for my kid to play in the play place and I hate...
I love coming here because they have a play place. It is a little small but perfect if you have smaller kids and I love that it is separates from the normal dining area so kids can run around freely.
Customer service is no longer a thing here, Drive-thru is basically what do you want, here's how much it is, give me your money, here's you stuff. No personality, no gratitude, nothing but here's your crap now go away...
