Driving across country and stopped here to find it was like eating pizza hut when I was a kid. The pan crust was fantastic! The service was great! Next drive we will definitely stop here.

Last time I eat at Grayson Pizza Hut .....normally their dine in is a pleasant experience ....NOT TODAY !!!!.....I see why now their parking lot is always empty ....took forever for them to seat me , then took a family in front of me, they were out of several drinks, took forever to get my drink , waitress had a major attitude with me, ordered garlic bread, got bread sticks , after taking them back got told by waitress that they were out of garlic bread ....once again with an attitude asking if I wanted them taken off the bill....like who pays for crap service like this .....I'm done !!!!!!

Our experience was horrible. Let me start off by saying our food was good but we ordered a lg pizza and 12 wings we ate 2 slices and 4 wings. So as we are paying we ask for a box and something to take our wings home in. Our waitress bings us out 3 personal size boxes and a tin foil pan with no lid. I ask could we have a medium size box instead of 3 small boxes and a lid for the wings, her reply was my manager will not allow us to give a medium box and we don’t have lids for the tin foil pans. Are you kidding me! we spent $60 and I can’t have a medium box!!! So I ask to speak to the manager and she tells us it’s a corporate thing. I believe this is a bit ridiculous! Will not ever go back I don’t care how good the food was!

The server was a very nice girl and was trying hard. However the food was very small in portion and there was ants in the window seal!! I even watched them go into the shakers on the table..🤢

Ordered a cheesy bite pizza with pepperoni, kitchen forgot the pepperoni and it was only half cooked. Worst pizza I’ve ever had and they were not busy we were the only ones in the restaurant.
Worst pizza hut I've been to. Poor service, prices are higher than most of the others, and they don't offer military discounts at this one. I've been to many pizza huts and they all are better than this one.

Soooo yummy!! We tried the Cheesy Bite pizza today for $12.99. Generally we get the stuffed crust, but this was a nice change and very similar. Fresh out of the oven and always consistent with toppings. Highly recommend!

My last 3 online orders hasn't been ready when I got there to get it. I've jad to sit for 20 plus mins each time bc my food hadn't even been prepared. When I ask why it wasn't ready I was told the online order didn't come thru and another time the system was down but I see the lady that's suppose to b fixing my food n the back dancing/talking to another employee that was also not working. Gotta do better about getting people's food ready n the time frame it says it will b done. I shouldn't have to wait a hour when it says 15/20 mins

Waited for over 10 months several people passed me and could never get seated. Same tbh ing happened one month ago as well. Not sure why they even advertise having a dinning room. Watched a guy working in the back blow his nose right next to the food. Public health concern.

Went there on Valintines night 2025 and young man who waited on us also cooked all our food and working as hard as a person could to satisfy all customers. Best pizza 🍕 Salad was great and the breadsticks were aswell. I don't mind to wait when in a great atmosphere and the food and service were excellent. Took my better half there on our first date 6 years ago and it was a memorable evening for us 😀 😊. Thanks to the young man who was an ALL STAR..
