I don't know what's happened here in the past month or so but the service and atmosphere has greatly declined. You can't hardly talk because as soon as you start telling them your order they interrupt you. The toppings are minimal at best. I asked for black olives as one of my toppings - I got 5 (at first). I said can I have enough to cover my sandwich please and you would've thought I was asking for Ft Knox. A line formed while I was in there and the person that came from the back acted like they'd rather be anywhere else but there... So sad to see because this subway was one of the best fast food options in Grayson.

I always order online and never have a problem! Subs are always the best and they always load you up on anything you ask for! One of best Subways around I'll drive out of my way everytime to get one here!

Went in to 3 young girls all of which had no clue what they were doing. The one making my food was acting inebriated doing things in very odd ways. Having to be cued multiple times for the same things like heating and adding items to the wrap. They acted like the food came out of their pay check giving me only 2 pepperonis and charging me for 6. Did not tip. One girl that worked there even jumped in front of me in line to get a drink. Very unprofessional. Very bad quality. And acted annoyed with me even though I was the only customer.
