When asked, lady at the speaker said they had root beer which I was excited for considering they “run” out of it very frequently, once I tasted the drink it was in fact Pepsi not Root beer. No sauces that I asked for were in the bag, I understand getting busy but flat out lying? No reason for it, I would’ve settled for Pepsi or gotten something else. I just don’t understand the flat out lying to customers! They didn’t offer the receipt so I couldn’t tell you who the cashier was.

I don’t see what the other reviews are complaining about, Just went in there October 7, 2025 They have all these awesome Halloween decorations set up The only thing that was missing was the Halloween music, but rest assured it is only the beginning of October. Everyone was really nice and respectful and the food was great. As a Trucker Who has passed through many towns at this point, This Taco Bell has been the best Taco Bell I’ve been to.

Honestly Probably the worst Taco Bell you could go to. I would rather drive to Ashland and get Taco Bell than order from this one. All it takes is a small amount of effort. If the order isn’t incorrect, missing half the food, or cold then it’s getting stollen by the door dasher who is supposed to be bringing it. I am always honest with my reviews and this one is no outlier. I am sorry Grayson Taco Bell. You need to do better.

Literally never been to a Taco Bell that constructed my food so beautifully. Ordered a spicy potato soft taco and cantina soft taco and they looked like they were constructed to industry standards, which correct portions and presentation. It looked like a picture from the menu! In awe of this Taco Bell.

Chalupa served unfried and cold to the touch. Don't any of these place train the employees. Chalupa are served in fried bread shell, Not raw.
The staff that was on tonight was the most horrible staff I had seen in a fast food restaurant in a long time. I stood there for over 15 minutes, waiting for two bean and cheese burritos while watching customers come and go before me.

My wife spent over $40 to find out that we didn't get the right food when she got home. They expected us to drive over an hour to get a refund for thier mistake. The guy on shift even made the statement that he wouldn't drive an hour either. But still refused to refund our money. Said we could bring the food in in three days when we are back that way. WRONG ANSWER! I'll incurage anyone I know to not do business there from now on.

It's Toca bell, minus 1 star because they stopped cooking/crisping the Chalupa Shells like their supposed to. Really miss that slight crunch. Not un-thawed dough.
