Came to get some taco bell, thought 3.8 stars would be ok, but Nacho fries were sooo stale, and chalupa was cold and hard, almost made me puke, meat was so dry, what is wrong with this?

Made order online and still waited over 15 minutes to recieve it.
This is supposed to be a Cantina soft chicken taco. Screwed up order first time, went back in and explained exactly what I wanted 5 more times and still screwed it up a 2nd time. Not sure if they're on drugs and shouldn't be or they should be but haven't taken them, either way there are definitely brain cells missing. 18:30 on 8/27/24

They never ever give me the sauce I pay for ever. Shouldn’t have to pay for sauce since you never get it. Then you ask for it and they act like you asked them for their arm and leg.

Super slow service waiting a while to get 2 tacos, then messed up the order anyways after I paid for it.
This particular Taco Bell was terrible. It took over 20 minutes to receive our mobile order. After receiving the order, half of it was wrong. It took another 15 minutes to rectify that. The ingredients were old (dried out crusty beans, dried out meat). Very disappointing.

You had one you've had them all. Not busy when we were there. Service was fast, food was good. The tables were dirty, we had to clean our own table. Plenty of staff working. Need to do better on cleanliness.
