Poor customer service. Server avoided us. Out of multiple menu items. Pork was cold and didn’t taste fresh. Waited over 20 minutes for a to go dessert. Very disappointing.
Let’s start with the brisket. No. Just no. Don’t burn it but that was the only flavor it had. What a shame on that meat. Baked beans were straight out of a can, so really are just pork and beans. But it was the only taste on the table so thank you Van Camps pork and beans. My slaw had zero taste and had to be dressed with water. I truly wanted to love a local Bar B Cue joint. I won’t go back.
My wife and I were there yesterday 7-26-25, at approximately 4pm. There was not a crowd in the dining area, maybe 15 people. We stood and waited on a table close to 5 min because all of the servers were standing at the bar area. After being seated our drink order was taken & drinks brought out promptly, then we sat and waited what seemed to be forever for someone to take our order.
