The fry's were good but burger was mid the only good thing was Preston rainwater serves.

Ordered a chocolate shake with extra chocolate and a heath bar blizzard with extra heath bar. The milk shake was barely tinged brown. The heath bar topping was only in the top third of the blizzard. The bottom two-thirds was just soft serve. What a waste of $13.74. Next time, I will just drive to Cook Out.
I don’t like leaving negative reviews and especially for a fast food joint but tonight’s experience was extremely uncomfortable. Was craving some ice cream and comfort food and showed up around 9:50 on 8/25/24. Was met with an extremely hostile attitude through the speaker and upon pulling up to the window it only got worse and was incredibly awkward and uncomfortable. I could see one of the employees visibly upset that someone dared come through their drive through ten minutes before close. I wouldn’t do this at a restaurant but it’s fast food, it’s fast easy to make items. If it’s that big of a deal and you’re going to be nasty to the customers wait until closing time to start shutting things down. Once they opened the window it was incredibly tense as one of the employees was very loudly complaining about having to make a sundae and a soft drink and about having to be up for school all the while slamming things, the other employee was complaining with her right in front of me that she had to be at work in the morning. Okay cool. Tell your manager you don’t want to work the closing shift. I had to tell them what drink I wanted at the window and didn’t even get an acknowledgment. When the drink and the card were handed back to me they were thrusted at me aggressively and no response whatsoever to telling them thank you. The fries were freezing cold as well. There was another person behind me so I can only imagine how much more awkward it was for them.

I stood in line for a good 25 minutes and finally I just left without my breakfast because no one was taking orders and there was a line... Obviously they don't have enough workers

Chloe is always smiling when I come through and the people who work here do a great job! I don't think you guys are given enough credit! It isn't easy! Keep up the hard work!!!

Stopped in for breakfast. Staff was very friendly. Fast service. The food was hot and tasted great.
I had gone through the drive through and gotten two signature burgers, two onion rings, and two drinks. When I got home I was missing one order of onion rings. The next time I was there, at the drive through I saw the manager was there so I told told girl that waited on me and she ask if I wanted them right then (I was getting ice cream that time) so I said no but please let the manager know and I will get them another time. I saw her go tell the manager, which just put her head down like she was whispering. The waitress came back and said I told her. NOT MUCH OF A MANAGER
