Was not busy and clean. They did not have the McFlurry machine working after we placed our order on the kiosk. They credited the item. Very friendly staff.

If McDonalds if going to continue to raise their prices and charge for extra sauce, their quality standards should rise too. I ordered nearly $20 worth for food and the chicken tenders came out in one order fine and one order almost so thin, dry and over cooked it was inedible. I don't expect much from McDonalds anymore, but for $6 for a 4pc chicken strip that is so over cooked its leathery and hard to chew.... naw..... that's too much.... AND this is after I had to pull forward and wait for my order for almost 10 mins.

Very good clean McDonald's service is fast the crew is friendly I've read some of these other reviews and it's just people who lives to be miserable. This McDonald's has people who show up three times a day and sit and drink coffee. This location is probably one of the best McDonald's you will experience
I ordered 2 12 packs of donuts. Got to the window and they gave me 2 6 packs. I told them it was 12 packs and showed them the proof. The "manager" then argues that it was $24 not 24 donuts when it clearly said 2 12 packs. 🙄 Then he walks off with ny reciept and crumbles it. He came back asking me for it. My husband said you literally just walked off and crumbled it. So then they want to give me the 24 donuts but they dont have that many. So I said to refund me then. This dude literally refunds me for 2 6 packs! If I could give no stars I would. This place sucks and the managment is awful.

Ordered a Filet of fish value meal, Now the sandwich can't get much smaller but NOW, You only get half a piece of cheese that is pretty slim to begin with... I'm not kidding ... It's getting to the point where in due time there won't be a sandwich just the illusion of one plus no napkins no ice in our to go order... I'm done with Greensburg McDonalds

I placed a mobile order spending $28 for two large combos one with a milkshake for the drink. Upon arriving home to eat my food I noticed it was not made as i ordered it! Living close to this particular location I would not have cared to take my time to go back to have it fixed. I called the store and ask to speak with the manager a female manager by the name of Ellie was who greeted me on the phone I explained my situation and concerns she told me that it was my fault for not placing the order correctly within the app and that I needed to contact the online company I placed my order with I explained I placed my order through the app and the prior night I had issues when coming into the store to order I thought perhaps if I placed my order online tonight it would be correct considering it tells them what to all or take off absolutely not either way they still seem to get something wrong every time not just one or a few ! The manager let me know she could not be any help to me I needed to deal with it within the app! Is sad how they let their management treat and talk to their customers.
