Placed an order online and after getting home the sub orders were incorrect. Tried multiple times to contact the location but no one would answer the phone.

I placed an order for 2 subs online last night at 4:42pm. The email confirmation and app both said pick up order at 5pm. We show up to get the order and I legit get looked at, and the employee looks at me and laughed saying they didn't even start on it yet. I was then told that I had to come back in another 30-45 minutes or get in line and wait with people who just walked in. Had I not had to pay online I'd have went somewhere else. We finally walk out at 6:00 with our 2 subs we ordered! I've made several attempts to call today to speak to a manager. Nobody will answer the phone.

Orders $28 in subs, only 3 breads available and 1 was so HARD that it couldn't be eaten. We called about it being remade and young girl hung up on my 68 year old mother. Mother called back and spoke with Joy, the manager and she said to bring it back and it would be remade. I went out there and Joy, the manager, grabbed sandwich from counter and thru in trash and then refused to make another or give a refund. Demanded for me to leave the store without either. The owner needs to FIRE both of them since they thought it was so funny that an elderly lady or anyone would want their money back or another sandwich.

The manager, Joy and employee on September 10 was EXTREMELY rude to 68 year old lady and refused to give refund or make another sandwich after she spent $28.

On Friday April 5th, 2024 at 2:10 pm, my wife went to the Greensburg Ky.Subway location. The server was not friendly at all. When my wife walked up to the counter, instead smiling and asking how she could help her, she scowled and stared at her. She never asked what she wanted. My wife told her what she wanted and the server starting making the sandwiches. She picked up too many slices of cheese and instead on laying them back in the container, she threw them. She dropped the knife she was using and sighed and kicked the knife across the floor. She never said thank you or anything nice. I realize everyone has bad days, I worked customer service for 20 years and always treated customers well, even when I had a bad day. The food was very good, but the worker's attitude was bad.

I called to place an order. Before I could tell them what I wanted they went over a list of things they were out of. I told them to just forget it. I called back and ask to place an order. They told me they didn’t have time to take my order I would have to call back in about 30 minutes. I don’t have 30 minutes. I’m on a lunchtime frame work. Not ran really well. Very unprofessional.

Worst subway I have ever been to. I grew up with Subway being my favorite place for a sandwich. Greensburg continues to fail. I was tested very rudely. Manager watched couldCareless. Lettuce was brown and gross. Barely gave me toppings. I don’t go there because it’s always the same service. Just overly disappointed
