From the moment I walked in the door, I knew this place was going to be amazing. They did not disappoint. The coffee was literally the best I have ever had. The atmosphere was literal perfection. I feel like this is the best place in Muhlenberg! 15/10 would recommend! 🤎”

“The absolute best crustless pizza around. We love pizza but had bariatric surgery a few years ago and don’t eat bread. Papa Manzos has the best crustless pizza and the portion size is great. Ingredients are fresh and the cheese is delicious. Great atmosphere, excellent customer service.”

“This is a national guard Defac, the workers are contracted to do what they do, a bunch of older ladies that work harder than have the people leaving the bad reviews. Never have an issue with any of the food, yes it is “Army” food, and they do their best to clean it up. Salad bar could definitely have more to it.

“The fact that some body recommends McDonald’s while quoting “store bought frozen” anything is hilarious. 1 person behind the counter, answering calls, cooking and addressing customers when able. Great time management and customer service. 4/5 I do recommend this place. The cheeseburger and fries combo is a great selection for anyone.”

“Our experience on this particular day was great!
I think our server was Tina. She was friendly and kept drinks refilled, asking if we needed anything several times.
Our food arrived in a reasonable amount of time.
My husband had the beef Manhattan, my son had a burger & potato salad and I ordered a pork chop. It was one of the most flavorful pork chops I'd ever eaten.
The prices were reasonable and they have a large variety of main dishes & sides.
The only thing I think would help is nice music in the background for the customer, since it was very quiet the day we went.
We'd definitely return.”

“In town with my Dad for a family reunion so I did a search for coffee shops and because of the review saying the best in the state I had to stop. I ordered the Blueberry Cobbler as an iced coffee which was yummy. As I waited for my beverage I looked around at the decor which was super cute and we'll done. Ethan brought me my beverage which I thought was really nice. Before we left I looked at the display case again. On our way out Ethan said it looks like you really want some pumpkin roll. He read my face well which I love going to shops where the barista are tuned in like that.”

“Kids at least 5 of them running thru restaurant and going back and forth to buffet. Getting large plates of food and wasting everything. Food piled up on table and in the floor. Get a whole plate of macaroni n chez and everything else wasting it all. Running back 4 more. Brownies same way. Parents not caring about their behavior.

Kid-friendliness: They needed attention brought to their behavior and limit on times to buffet. Dirty little hands going thru buffet not using tongs. Parents fault more than the children.”

“As someone who eats here regularly I can tell you the sweet tea is hit or miss as is the sushi at times. The chicken, rice and noodles are consistently delightful. I typically don’t stray from what I know is good so I consistently order the same things and am always happy. Also their soup and salad has always been good”

“Best restaurant pancakes we've ever had. Very friendly service and low prices compared to everywhere else. Their food is actually made there and it is not manufactured. For example, their pancakes and burgers. Our kids said that these were the best bacon cheeseburgers they'd ever had. They even made our kids burgers for breakfast.”

“If you’re anywhere near Muhlenberg County, do yourself a favor and stop by Los Castenadas in Drakesboro. It’s a true mom-and-pop gem with some of the best Mexican food in the area—hands down. The menu is simple, but every dish is full of flavor and made with care. You can tell this place puts heart into their food. Friendly service, generous portions, and a local atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.

“My experience I get chicken. It's delicious! The only thing I have an issue with is and it's not bad is buying a drink. You have to get a drink unless you get the combo. They have the meals or it could be vice versa but you don't get drinks with them for that price. But they are very pleasant there and clean and the food is delicious”

“Burger was better expected, fried shrimp were good, catfish was good did have one piece that was dark but had zero hopes of being a good meal. So I was pleased with the experience. A better selection of sauces would be nice as I am not a fan of Kraft individual serving type sauces.”

“The line was to the door when I got there. Those girls were working hard and it was easy to see that they should be hot and stressed. But they greeted me with a smile. Their teamwork was obvious and management should be very proud of them. People kept coming in and they still had a line of people coming in when I left.
