This subway is constantly slow, today I didn’t even receive service because nobody came out to take my order after 10 minutes of standing there. An employee walked out while I was walking in.

The sandwich was not made to order and no attempt was made to contact about multiple missing ingredients. I only consumed one bite before realizing the issues and determining that the spinach looked unsafe to eat. I returned the sandwich to the store and I requested a refund and left the meal at the store, as it was unfit to eat.

Got food poisoning from the meatballs here. About an hour after it was eaten the chaos happened. Should have known better than to eat them, they were mushy, falling apart and old smelling like they’d been sitting in the container for days or reheated. Just messed up that they sell this to people and don’t care if they get sick.

When a customer tells you that your sweet tea is messed up. (No tea in it) that its clear and is just sugar water dont argue with them. Fix the issue. Its ridiculous how this young generation is. I wasnt the only one that brought it to their attention either.

Playing pro-murder, anti-police music. Not what I want to hear when getting food, or EVER. When I brought it up I was treated in a mocking and snide manner. I did not raise my voice to them, or say anything combative, but after the initial reaction of the manager I told them I would have rather kept it between us, but I was still mocked for bringing it up and sent off with a rude "buh-by!" I don't even think the guy could help himself when he started acting that way. Wouldn't trust them to feed a dog now after their reaction to such a sincere concern. It wasn't them playing the music, it could have been unintentionally on a station that plays that, it was the manager's extremely defensive and unbelievably mocking reaction to me bringing it up that warranted this review.
