The food is good, their system is awful. It takes waaaay too long to get simple food. I just left after waiting 50 minutes for hamburgers and then an additional 50 for 2 shakes. I didn't even get the shakes, I told them not to worry about it and left without even getting my money back. Waiting another minute was going to make me flip out after being there over 2 hours and only eating for 10 minutes.

I stopped in there while out riding most of the day. Just kinda run up on it and was hungry. Walked in and the girls working there were as nice and friendly as can be. My order was taken promptly and got it in reasonable time. Had the smashburger and it was great! Service was good and all. They had a little play area as well and some video games for the kids if you have some with you. All and all a really cool place. I live about 1 1/2 hours from there and plan on going back soon. Didn't get photos of the building but the have a real nice caboose there :)

My Wife's placed a call for pickup when she was getting off work friday night around 530pm. She got off and went by our house on way to pick up our son. By the time she got to pickup the pizza, she was told it wasn't ready yet. So my wife drove to the dollar general right down the same road. Once my wife returned to archers parking lot, she waited so to get them little extra time. She went back in little after 7pm to get our order. HOWEVER, the young lady working said it still wasn't ready........ my wife had enough and said that's fine , please refund our order. THE YOUNG LADY SAID OK BUT WAIT AND LET ME TELL THEM NOT TO START YOUR ORDER!!!!!! Yep wasn't even started.... and a employee was leaving to run to the grocery store to look for pizza dough it seemed!!!!! My wife was leaving and a older man sitting there said he hope they get his order done that he placed at 5pm!!!!!!! Mind blowing. She left around 715pm! The owner was in the kitchen also!!! Didn't even come let the people know they was obviously out of dough. Instead they kept taking orders and lying about it almost being done!. We have gotten food here before and was fresh and hot but greasy so we will be STAYING AWAY FROM THIS PLACE FROM NOW ON.

First time at Archers last night. Food was great. Smash burgers were so good. The crust on the thin crust pizza was probably best I’ve ever had. Even better was the staff. I don’t remember the young man’s name but he was great. Super nice and super helpful. Haven’t had customer service like that in a long time.

Archers is a great place to take the kiddos. Fun arcade games. The pizza is top notch. The burgers are a whole entire experience themselves. It’s not just amazing food it is an experience. Fresh ingredients. Scratch kitchen. No frozen or processed crap. Dedicated owners and local kids trying their absolute best.

I have only had the pleasure of coming once before today. They were so kind and helpful when we had questions. We even made “friends” with the owners and they spontaneously brought food out for us to try. I got the Bang Bang burger and it was the best burger I’ve had in a long time. That AMAZING experience caused me to come again today with my girlfriend and they treated us the exact same way. Immediately warm and welcoming with great food. Genuinely one of the best and most personable food experiences around here (I’m from Murray).
edit: I got the works when it comes to food so it would probably be cheaper normally.

Ate here for the first time today. Everything was excellent - food, service, atmosphere. Everyone is super friendly! Tried pizza and handmade chicken nuggets today. Will definitely be back SOON, have to try the burgers!

Great food out in the middle of the countryside. We had the fettuccine Alfredo. They make int in a huge wheel of cheese like it should be done. They also have excellent pizzas and smash burgers
