I live out of town and only visit Hardinsburg maybe once a month. We treat ourselves to fast food since we have nothing around us. The staff at this location is the best staff I've ever encountered in all of fast food. The younger staff is very attentive and respectful. Clearly reflects the leadership who have also helped us in the past. Food is always good and the order is always correct. We all start somewhere and the younger staff we encounter each time are well ahead of their years in people skills. Definitely rare these days to receive this type of service. GREAT WORK!! We'll see you next month.

7/9/25 @ 9:15 My wife,daughter,2 grandsons and I stopped in after baseball game. They were great !!!! I seen they closed at 10pm but didn’t fill rushed/ food was hot & excellent/ service was excellent. Can’t say enough about how we was treated at so close to their closing time. Didn’t get their names but they were EXCELLENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the service was extremely quick! customer service was amazing. not sure what the workers name was but the woman with rainbow finger nails, she did great care in making sure the order was correct. i’m always worried when i order sauces that i won’t get them but she actually made sure they were there and overall was incredibly warm and kind. in fact, all of the workers i came in contact with during the drive thru were very kind and very on top of things! this was my first time coming to this burger king and honestly i’ll be back for sure.
The Ch' King lived up to the hype! Great chicken sandwich!

Chicken patty was hours and hours old, all 3 sandwiches. I don't know who would even serve food like that to their fellow human. Supposed to be a spicy crispy Chicken, it's normally a delicious sandwich, but where it sat so long, it looks like a country fried steak.

They were very busy and had run out of coffee. I decided to wait for the next batch. As I said very busy. So busy that they forget about Me. When I approached the counter the worker realized what had taken place and immediately began to apologize and insisted on making a fresh batch and delivered it to my table with no charge. I will return to this place every time I get to this town.
