This is the absolute worst DQ! We went for ice cream and milkshakes and the guy at the window hands us what looked like whip cream and say this is the best we can do with our ice cream tonight. Then hands us a strawberry milkshake that looks like flavored water. This is a poor excuse for ice cream. I can understand if thier is a problem with the machine, but let’s be honest and let the customer know before taking our money that the ice cream isn’t frozen so that I have the option to say no thank you. Won’t be back!

These folks get it done. Great for those new-fangled yet ol-skool ice cream cakes. I didn't even know they had different flavors. But they do! Whol lotta cakes in that freezer. Plenty of good choice. And they'll decorate for you, too.Kid-friendliness: Them kids love that dq, whether nuggies, a dog, or the fries. The chillies all in.

I got an Oreo blizzard. Prices have gone up. Good quality blizzard otherwise. Service was fast but the worker was apathetic. The establishment appeared clean and up to standards ?

Had ordered ice cream for family visiting from out of town on the mobile app and when we got there the doors were locked 10 minutes before closing and they told us the ice cream machine was broken and that they couldn’t refund us.

Honestly I would’ve given it a zero rating if I could but that wasn’t an option. I ordered a burger that after getting it I found out they didn’t have the ingredients for because I tried it and it was missing the flavor. It happened to be the main thing making it special. I mean who sells an A1 burger without having A1! When I took it back and asked they said they didn’t have it so I asked for something else since it was the main ingredient to the specialty burger and they took my food back fries and all and gave me what I ordered in the place of the A1 burger and it happened to be over $4 cheaper. They refused to refund the money and said they would give me a blizzard instead but that’s all they will do. I asked for something like a coupon or card to get the blizzard at a different time since I’ve been sick recently and didn’t want anything milk based but I had to get it today or never because they don’t do that! Also, I don’t normally complain much less on the internet but the pretzels my son ordered were so saturated with grease that they were mush!!! I would definitely not recommend this place for their food but especially for the lack of customer service!FYI….The automatic response of I hope you give us another try blah blah doesn’t cut it for me! I ran a restaurant so I know it doesn’t have to be like that and should be corrected!
