Our family was leaving to home back to Florece and treated us to breakfast at Dranes. It was out first time there. Good country cooking, and heaping helping of everything. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner all day! Friendly and clean I would totally recommend you stop in and and get your chow on!!!!

It's a small town diner, very dated. You can tell that this is where your old timers, and locals go. I prefer this kind of place. That being said it was almost to much. The server was a younger fella. He wasn't super attentive but not bad either. Could do with manners he asked kind of in a demanding but awkward way what I wanted to drink.
The food is my issue. I got a smoked porkchop. It was dry, small and lacked flavor. The fries and mash potatoes were about the only part of my meal I'd call good. Ill certainly give it another chance and this time maybe try breakfast as this place looks like it might be better known for breakfast consider they serve it all day long.

I go to Dranes often. Its by far my favorite place to eat. I wish they were open 24/7. Food quality 10/10 Cook 10/10 Staff 10/10. Im a culinary graduate and have all the respect for their food.

Always had great service and good food. Took the grandkids last evening. Had to get takeout boxes, and when I put my food in the box there was a black hair stuck on my plate......and it wasn't mine. Was either in the food or the food was set on top of it. Not sure if I will return.

I like Mom & Pop kind of places. The kind of place where the locals meet to eat and chat. Where you can sit and visit after you’re done with your meal and they don’t chase you out. This is Drane’s.
They have good food, bought locally and cooked just like Mamaw taught them. It’s a clean, homey place with pictures on the walls of people having fun here.
I like it. It’s a good place.

Today is 3-24-25 the food was good the service was the worst. The waitress never brought refill coffee. And never once checked after delivery of breakfast. Something needs to change. I sure bet their tips will if this keeps up
