They forgot my hash browns in my Door Dash order. I don't have a way to get to the store to be present when your DM comes in to refund my hash browns to my debit card. Why is there not a way to handle this through the app?

Terrible! Went inside and noticed a filthy lobby. Then the lady that took our order was rude. They were out of order giving people food who just ordered and not people who had been waiting. There was nobody at the register. Workers kept going in and out. The lady that took our order took our food outside when there was nobody there she seemed confused and stayed out there until another worker came to help her. When we got to the car 4 people went in to complain about their order being wrong. Then we had to. Honestly they need better and strict management.

This McDonald’s needs to get their people in check!! Last night came after a race, lady couldn’t say your welcome & gave attitude when I gave her a code! Then today to grab ice cream, they skipped the whole right lane, went inside no one came to the counter. Manager was so unconvinced that she had to come help after I now got attitude for waiting inside and out side for someone to order.
Sandwiches thrown together, cold, oversalted fries, shake machine is always down. They put so much mustard and ketchup on the burgers it's dripping down your clothing. Service sucks as bad as the food. Drive thru is always backed up and the kids at the drive thru are extremely rude. You'd be better off driving to Brandenburg or Radcliff.
