It’s a simple concept, I pay for my food? I wait the time you tell me to wait, I get my food.
Too hard of a concept for this store. I waited 1.5 hour for a pick up cheese stick, 1 cheese & 1 bacon pizza, naked wings. A deal they have going. Simple as could be (almost but not simple enough).
If you allow a customer to pay for their order their food should be ready when you say it will be ready. Walk in customer who HAVE NOT paid yet, should NOT take precedence over those whose money you already have.
Hardinsburg is the absolute worst for restaurants and customer service. But not being able to make a simple pizza at a place called Pizza Hut, takes the cake. Never again.

GREAT food!! Poor service. No lettuce on salad bar for lengthy time during our visit. Had to request drink refills. Waitress never returned to service our table after the food was delivered.

The pick up was fine it was the pizza that had me upset. I ordered 2 large no sauce and no cheese when i payed for extra thats pretty bad when you pay almost 40 bucks for pizza then you get pizza like this pretty sad

Staff, including managers are very unprofessional. Our Pizza was not cooked completely. Very poor service. This place doesn't deserve 1 star! I took my pizza as a carryout, because the inside of the restaurant needs a deep clean. Top to bottom, corner to corner. Walls & floors are fithy. The bathroom is full of nasty grime.

Worst pizza hut around, service absolutely harsh employees are rude and snappy, orders are consistently wrong and wait times are 30+ minutes... none of management or employees smile its mass confusion at this location... On nov 15th night of mike tyson fight is the exact night your store and employees were very rude,confused,overwhelmed,and even loud with a delivery man that was only asking about his delivery, because customer had messaged him abiut how much longer... the woman at register snapped at him, he stood up for himself by telling her he did not get upset with her so why was she upset towards him he was doing his job... then our pizza took over an hour was not even cut... we cancelled, lots of people were cancelling orders that night... your team tells people 15 minutes and it might be 45 thats called lying, and not at all acceptable... after reading reviews from last several years at this location it seams you have alot of issues...

Absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. They all look miserable and act like they hate their job. I walked in to pick up an order for a friend and she said “yea, what do you need” I said here for a pick up she said “you’re gonna have to wait im helping him” with attitude. Another girl took my payment and was very dry. “You have a great day” with attitude. This is your job to wait on people if you don’t like your job then leave and find something else.

Ordered online said it was ready but that there were 2 orders to be cut in front of us. We got parked for 25 minutes when a car that got parked after us got their pizza. We asked the woman about ours and she had an attitude about checking on it for us because they were busy

Management is a joke and so hateful...salad bar is brown.. with little options..the food is uck..the service is moreless fill your own drink..what happen to the place.???.. They suck!
Except the wonderful older lady that works drive thru somedays...I have never seen or dealt with such hateful and unprofessional ppl...They are so rude to the drivers..we ate there a few weeks ago also..the pizza was not cooked in the middle and we moreless had to beg for a refill..not to mention the salad bar was yuck...brown lettuce and all...I recommend Tell City or Leitchfield pizza hut over this one any day..
