TIME TO SHUT DOWN, FOOD WAS NOT GOOD FOR $$24.00 DOLLARS A FOOTLONG COLD CUT COMBO FOR MY DAD AND A FOOTLONG CHICKEN BACON RANCH. NO FLAVOR AT ALL, DAD SAID HIS BREAD WAS A CHORE TO EAT AND SO WAS MINE. WILL NOT BE BACK.

I made a mobile order. And when I got there they was still working on it. But wasn’t following the instructions on the order. The first wrong encounter was when the lady put veggies on my sandwich before toasting when it said to toast it please. The second wrong encounter was when the lady was putting my sauce on it said light sauce but she put the regular amount of sauce on it. I wouldn’t recommend this. Also watched a worker have gloves on and push down the trash in t trash can then touched a tray of cookies.

Following my second unfavorable experience, I felt compelled to submit a review. I opted for mobile ordering, which proved to be a significant error. The pickup time was communicated to me via the app, and despite arriving 20 minutes after the scheduled time, my order was not ready. A substantial line had formed at the counter, and I understood that they were experiencing a backlog of orders. The employee informed me that it would take a little longer, and they waited until all the customers in line had received their food before initiating my order. Unfortunately, the sandwiches were prepared incorrectly, leading to considerable disappointment. In essence, I would advise against utilizing the Subway app or ordering ahead in the future. My order took over an hour to receive, crazy. I would advise not visiting this subway location.

Lettuce was old and turning red, onions were warm and slimy, overall low quality food and service
rude workers. specifically one girl that is rude everytime i come in there. everytime i go pick up my work crews food i dread going in there because of the one girl because i know shes going to be throwing stuff around not caring about how things are done.

Decided to try it again after disappointing experience several months ago. Nothing has changed. Maybe it’s different going inside. Window experience awful. Woman talked so fast we felt hurried. No one else in line. It was after the lunch rush so not sure what the hurry was about. Repeatedly asked our order. Never asked about drinks or chips. Just talking a mile a minute. At the window repeatedly saying how crazy it had been. She was very nervous and high strung. It was not a good experience at all. One of the orders was wrong.

Ordered online for a 5:15 pickup. The order was finally handed to me at 5:40. Drive thru only because of construction, and only one vehicle in front of me. I've eaten here for years and this is by far the worst I have ever seen.
