I just want to brag on Chelsea she works so hard and every time I go in the store is clean and well organized.I’m a frequent customer and will continue to be because of Chelsea.Vegetarian options: I love the vegetables they offer it’s fresh. Have a lot of veggies.Parking: Easy access on parking

I'm not exactly sure who is the GM or even the owner but my experience was pitiful today. I stated my order twice in drive thru, young girl said their headphones were broken and couldn't hear my order. Once I pulled up to window told my order to young women again. Waited for about 20 more minutes still wrong. Said they would remake one of the sandwiches, it wasn't remade someone picked off the items that were not supposed to be on sandwich. My total wait time in excess of 45 minutes. No discount...just apologies. Save those apologies. Someone needs to do better...I will NEVER visit this location again.

Was out of town on my way home and was getting hungry. Was Sunday evening and wanted a sub. 2 employees were on staff and on the ball. Made my sub quick and correct, in and out with a tasty sub. Thank you for such great pride in your jobs ladies.

Went there and told them 3 times what I wanted on my sandwich in the drive thru after the third time of telling them what i wanted they still managed to get it wrong. It took 5 minutes at the window before i was asked what i was waiting on... i shouldve just drove off and went to hardees.

Ordered online and order was completely wrong and was charged for food we didn't receive and spinach wilted and when called they acted like we was supposed to drive all the way back and wait and then eat it's ridiculous

The food was amazing! The service on the other hand was terrible. I don't know if they were new or just didn't care. The one who checked us out didn't even bother to push our food to us and had to basically reach across the counter to get our food, the ones making our sandwiches didn't seem like they were listening to us and had to repeat our toppings we wanted, definitely no focus on customer service
