A piece of heaven in Harlem. Our group selected different menu options and every one was a happy camper. Go try the hot fudge cake you won't be sorry!!!!

Worst service in Harlan. I ordered one milkshake and it took 30 minutes. I watched 3 people that pulled up after me get their orders before me. Then the girl at the window got pissy and slammed the window. Don't waste your time going to this place.

Dairy Hut is a Harlan classic. Best hot dogs and sundaes hands down. Hadn't ate there in a while so had to give them a go and it was amazing. One of the few places left with decent pricing and good quality food.
Loved finally get the chance to try out this little gem of Harlan. Would recommend anyone visiting to stop by and get a sweet treat or a meal.

Eat there at your own risk they literally take food to the back and scrape it off and send it back out cold and tore all to piece, there’s usually reason’s customers ask for items to be left off because of food allergies!! Dairy hut employees think it’s okay to bring the food that was wrong back out to me after they made it twice and it was still wrong first time we waited over a hr and 5 mins for out food and they lost our order and then promised it would be made right if we didn’t go thru with our refund and I have a food allergy so I asked for my food to be made a certain way, they took my food to the back I thought to throw it away and make me a new one nope that played with the burger scraped stuff off, picked cheese off and then put cold cheese on it and proceeded to send me back my burger it’s appalling that a lady that should be setting a example for the younger staff they employ watched her do that and serve me food that could have killed me because she thought I should eat it neways I asked for it to be made a certain way due to a allergy and she could have caused me to die had I eaten it thank god I always check my food before eating it I will not be back after the way they are doing things there it used to be the best cleanest place around I was super disappointed as I go here a few times a Week

Food was excellent. Price, not so great but I guess you get what you pay for. Service was good if you can overlook the "Equality" shirt the cashier was wearing. The Ambiance was lacking. Prepare to have your ears assaulted with country music.
