1st time I have to complain. I ordered curly fries, it was loaded with regular fries with curly fries on top. I took them back manager explained they where mixed where they are cooked. I expected to get what I paid for. I told her she got me. She repeated it also. Thank you for acknowledging I was ripped off.

Hardee's especially for a fast food chain always delivers on the breakfast menu. With their ever changing menu offering up new and tasty sandwiches and the always delicious cinnamon and raisin biscuits it's hard to go wrong with Hardee's for breakfast.

Where to even start about this place. I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The service was incredibly rude & unprofessional — it felt like we were an inconvenience just for showing up. The food was overpriced for the quality, definitely not worth what they charge. To make things worse, the drinks were completely watered down. Overall, it was a big disappointment & I won’t be coming back or recommending this place!! PLUS biscuits are terrible ever since they let donna go after working they 20 yrs !Just my opinion!!

never going back. horrible person to order with. Sign says 10:30 they start serving lunch. We waited a good 40 minutes in line. It is10:50 in morning. Lady all hateful said we don't start serving lunch until 11. By that time it is 5 to 11, she says the sign doesn't matter!!! Waited until 11 for her to come back over speaker to order. Then she said noon. we are not serving lunch until noon, we don't have our things prepared. She was so hateful.

I sat in drive thru lane for twenty minutes behind an ambulance that was in front of me and that had already ordered.
I called the restaurant and asked them if they could pull the vehicle in front of me over and allow me to pick up my food. They said “both orders are ready and we’re getting them out to you now”. They did provide both cars with their orders. My large order of twisty fries were of horrible quality. They were scraps from the bottom of the pan. Tiny hard pieces not worth the almost four dollars I was charged for them. The burger was okay but man I’m disappointed in our Harlan Hardee’s they are usually so much better.
This is in no way meant to reflect negatively on the one person I saw behind the counter. Where were the other helpers? . Dang management please do better.
