Had a special order and it was made perfect. The little drive thru guy was so sweet.
Management and the store owner needs to make sure all employees wash their hands after a break. I saw one female employee smoking outside before coming back into the restaurant. I watched her closely and she never washed her nasty hands after coming back in. Instead, she grabbed some sanitizer and proceeded to bag food and hand it out of the window to drive-thru customers. Sorry, but sanitizer does not replace soap & water. People need to stop being lazy and do a proper hand wash. I don't want anyone like this near any food that I'm about to consume.

I normally get to the Harlan Hardees prior to eleven o'clock which is the cut off time for serving breakfast items. Sometimes I am a little late. But the servers and mgt usually have some things for breakfast left over after eleven. But, always with above approach politeness and kindness they always are willing to serve these items after eleven. Such politeness and willing to serve the breakfast items which normally would probably head to the garbage after eleven is so appreciated even if sometimes they are cold. The staff and employees are professional in every respect. I am a regular Hardees customer and I thank all who serve me there.
