Honestly the staff is so unprofessional and downright rude.. picked up food here and the guy at the register was wonderful but I can not say that about the woman helping him she was absolutely awful to the guy. Also some woman in the kitchen working screamed cuss words loud enough for the entire lobby to hear. Would love to say I had a great experience but it was one of the worse. Terrible atmosphere.

I stood at counter for over 30 minuted watching chicken go out but there wasn't 12 pieces in the building for me. I am going above Harlan and their district manager on this.
