It had been a long time since we had been to pizza hut, after this, will not be back to this one ! We had to seat ourselves, could barely find a clean table, tables and floors were very dirty. Salad bar was very messy. When we asked for silverware, was asked would we use plastic, because there was none clean. It was FREEZING in there, it was 37 outside and not much warmer inside. My husband even had a coat on. We couldn't even finish our meal because we were so cold. Staff seemed poorly trained. Had to ask for plates etc.

Cold in there and it's the worst I've ever seen it. Too many people working to have such a poorly managed restaurant. Good service will keep people coming back.

18 and a six pack of wings and two french fries was over 50 Bucks Way too expensive for my taste I canceled my order and went to KFC was right across the street and got an eight pack of wings for five bucks

I have called 10 times to order a pizza they will not answer then they will call back and hang up call back again about to do my order he hung up on me it's ridiculous so I ordered on app changed time to be here it's been an hour in half still ain't here

The person on phone taking order was nice and helpful. The food was horrible. The cheese sticks were dry and barely any cheese and my order was for extra cheese. The meat lover pizza was more like a sparse pepperoni and sausage, nothing else on it or what looked like onion?? very disappointing for the price..
Drove from cumberland with kids to eat at 9:20 pm and doors locked. Time on door said 12 midnight.

My last visit was a pickup from a mobile order. I pulled into the drive thru where the window was open and workers were walking by looking at me, with others heard laughing and talking in the background. I sat at the window for 6 minutes before anyone bothered coming over to the window to acknowledge me.
