It had been a long time since we had been to pizza hut, after this, will not be back to this one ! We had to seat ourselves, could barely find a clean table, tables and floors were very dirty. Salad bar was very messy. When we asked for silverware, was asked would we use plastic, because there was none clean. It was FREEZING in there, it was 37 outside and not much warmer inside. My husband even had a coat on. We couldn't even finish our meal because we were so cold. Staff seemed poorly trained. Had to ask for plates etc.

The person on phone taking order was nice and helpful. The food was horrible. The cheese sticks were dry and barely any cheese and my order was for extra cheese. The meat lover pizza was more like a sparse pepperoni and sausage, nothing else on it or what looked like onion?? very disappointing for the price..

My last visit was a pickup from a mobile order. I pulled into the drive thru where the window was open and workers were walking by looking at me, with others heard laughing and talking in the background. I sat at the window for 6 minutes before anyone bothered coming over to the window to acknowledge me.

Paid $61 for pizza and a salad. They forgot to bring the salad in the delivery, the pizza was barely warm and still doughy. Will never order from them again! Definitely do not recommend!

Ordered pizza and wings. Order was made correctly. Time on order was 25 minutes. I could tell automatically the pizza wasn't fresh cause the bottom of box should have atleast been warm but it wasn't. After getting it home, the pizza obviously had sit for sometime but after reheating it in the oven, the pizza was actually pretty good. The wings however were a completely different story. They were cold, hardly any sauce on them. They were cooked too long. Wings were hard and when I bite into them it was all breading and NO Chicken.. I've gotten sucky pizza before but never bad wings. I love wings but it will be a very very long time before I get wings here again. I asked twice for my receipt and the rude staff just ignored me, closed the window and walked away. No receipt means no reimbursement on food or money.
