Good place if you want standard Mexican restaurant food. Even though they call themselves a steakhouse, I wouldn't recommend a steak. More char than beef.

I get it,its Harlan Ky. But this place is not good at all. Service sucks. Cannot understand any English at all. Service was so bad. Never got checked on. Never got refills. No ice. My fajitas was basically onions and peppers. My steak was maybe 3oz. Tortillas were dry. Couldn't complain. Who do you complain to when they can't understand a word you're saying.. ¿???¿!!!!. Guacamole has zero flavor. Wasted $4.00 on that. Just bad. This place is a joke, right???

The worst place i have ever been too. The service is absolutely terrible. You sit more than 10 minutes before drinks are offered . The food comes out in spurts. I gave this place 2 times to get it right. Everyone has a bad day, but 2 in a row, no that's not acceptable. I wouldn't go back if the food was free.

The food quality and service are at a level to compete with anyone. Although I have eaten in Harlan many times, I have never eaten at Sazon. I may return just to eat, and it's more than a two hour drive for me. Everything was outstanding.
