The manager, Amanda, was extremely unprofessional this morning when I tried to use a coupon for ‘Buy One Get One Free – Any Croissant Sandwich.’ I ordered two Maple Bacon Chicken Croissants, and the first worker told me the coupon ‘doesn’t work for chicken.’ I explained that I had literally used it two days ago with no issue. Then the manager came to the window, and instead of trying to help, she was flat-out rude. I pointed out that the coupon clearly says ‘ANY croissant sandwich,’ yet she dismissed me like I was wrong and said it only applied to sausage or bacon because of the pictures on the coupon. Nowhere does it say that—it says ANY croissant sandwich.
On top of that, I specifically asked for extra honey butter, and one of my sandwiches had no honey butter at all. The lack of care and professionalism was unbelievable. The way this was handled was rude, dismissive, and completely unacceptable. I left extremely displeased with both the food quality and the way the manager treated me.

I think the guy who made my food had a skin condition,gross! he was rubbing his arms/ scratching?while I was at the counter ordering. then he's putting on gloves, makes 1of my burgers, then in the middle of the next he starts scratching his chest with his gloved hand, plays with his necklace and goes back to making my burger! I was screw that!!! I brought it back to the counter to tell the cashier and burger boy, he looked at me and I told him what I seen him do! and I'm not gona eat that! and I didn't even want a refund I was so disgusted. and don't make me another itchy scratchy burger either just gross!!!

I don't generally complain about people cleaning while I'm eating. But at the time we were here there were two special needs employees cleaning the tables and chairs and were very noisy and obviously not happy with us sitting where we were. I understand they were frustrated but this was terrible. The chairs and tables in this restaurant are metal and are very heavy. So they already make a horrendous noise just attempting to sit. The noise was to a point I could not have a conversation with my wife. This went on through the entirety of our meal. It made a bad experience for our whole meal.

This is strictly for the night shift crew and the night shift crew alone. They are awful, obnoxious, rude, and disrespectful people who should not be working in a fast-food environment. My husband has gone out around 10:30 to 11:00 PM two nights this week to get me some freshly made chocolate chip cookies. Apparently, that’s an issue at the local Harlan Wendy’s. The first night, they had none made and said there would be a 12 to 14-minute wait in a very rude and unbothered manner, so my husband left. Tonight, he went out again to get some and called me, stating that they are basically refusing to make any fresh cookies for us. They conveniently just turned off the stove, so he would have to wait for it to warm back up and then the 12 to 14 minutes for the cookies to bake. They claimed they made cookies earlier that evening and stated they were perfectly fine, not even acknowledging that it is now 11 o’clock at night. The cookies could literally have been made at 3 o’clock in the afternoon—very disrespectful and very rude. I did end up getting the cookies because that’s my craving right now, and any woman with a severe craving understands completely. I’m probably going to warm them up in the oven, but anyone in the local Harlan community, I advise against going there at night; it is downright complete disrespect. I do not have a problem with any other shift, and they do not have a problem with making things fresh for me. You are a fast-food restaurant. It is the absolute bare minimum to serve your customers fresh food. I am not a Karen, nor have I ever been one, but this is ridiculous. They have shut their stove off 2 hours before closing for whatever reason and did not make them fresh for us nor offered after my husband got them for me because I said go ahead. There was no business at the moment, just one car in the line. And to top it off, the cookies are cold as I expected, and some edges of the cookies are hard and inedible.

My sister went there today and she had a 3 or 4 people with her so they was splitting a 50 piece chicken nugget and they all laughed at them. Shame on you skinny girls for being rude and judgemental to them. I won’t be eating here again
