The people were nice, but their food has went downhill. Just Wendy's in general regardless of location. Hate those awful pickles they put on and their buns are terrible.

Honestly it would have been perfect if it wasn't for the terrible smell. It wasn't there at first but about 5-10 minutes after set sat down to eat this horrible smell took over the dining area. Multiple people in there could smell it. It smelt like rotten eggs or something like it. Other than that it was great ?

I think Wendy's need to give this staff as a whole a restraining. Not only on customer service but food quality and control. While I was ordering, I saw 4 people just standing around on their cell phones. The restroom was dirty. The service was awful and so was the food. My dog even turned away from it.

Food was good, but the service was sorely lacking. I went through the drive thru. The front cashier took several minutes to quit talking to the customer in front of me, after the customer her received her food.
Great food,the restaurant was poorly kept up,their ceiling leaked onto my burger and the bun turned black,my food smelled like roofing tar.......Wheelchair accessibility: If wheelchairing,pls carry a pistola, ?,i had to hold him a water gun point,just to be able to park! Employee was biligerant and irate.he swung on my wife she ducked,so i caught him in the teeth with a tire iron.never seen a person hit the ground ten times faster than a sack of taters.......

WORST. WENDY'S. EVER. they traumatized me like a year ago by giving me and my brother cold baconator fries that tasted and felt microwaved. The cheese was all clumpy and gross, and my brother found a DEAD FREAKIN MOSQUITO in his cheese fries. DISGUSTANG. I will never be able to forget that cheese, it's burned into my brain. Thanks, Wendy's in Harlan, Kentucky.
