Had food ordered on app for over an hour. Waited on every one else and had to beg for my food. I asked to speak to manager two or three times, I was ignored. I stood at counter for over 30 minuted watching chicken go out but there wasn't 12 pieces in the building for me. I am going above Harlan and their district manager on this. It happened more than twice this year already.

arrived a little before 4pm today ordered buffett and asked for grilled chicken they had one piece and the lady at the register said i will tell them to drop more she went around the service counter and i heard her yell back need grilled brest, well 4:30 i go back up to check and the lady in blue shirt (management) said we just have legs and thighs i told her that the other lady had asked them to fix grilled breast, she acted like it was an act of congress for her to check on the grilled breast she came back and said we dont have any and none is down. No sorry no can we fix you some just told me that and then started talking on head set and typing on wall computer. Hey kfc where is the customer service?

Kfc in harlan, ky is one of the worst. My family seems to think this kfc is the same as what they have in Louisville. But it's not even close. When we order from there around 8 p.m. they never have what we want, and they act like it is an inconvenience to them to make it, so they discourage you from your order, so you order something else and it's still old and as hard as a brick.
