order was slowly made when only customer in store, fries taste like onion rings, there were no lids out in the drink area, and food was luke warm.

I usually don't leave reviews and always try to understand situations, but I work night shift and have been to this restaurant three times in the last two months between 8:30 & 9:15. That's well before their closing time of 10. Twice I've been told they were out of Roast beef, Once they were out of roast beef and chicken, and tonight I couldn't order a half pound roast beef but could a regular roast beef because that's all they had left to make a sandwich. Three times I've had to choose another restaurant because this one was out of food an hour to hour and a half before closing time. Employees seem nice though, but geez if I'm getting turned away, how many other customers are getting turned away and how many nights is this happening?

10/15/25 - 6PM - Was told no roast beef for ten to fifteen minutes. Returned fifteen minutes later and was told the same thing again. When asked about this the person taking orders sounded annoyed and told us there was no way to verify how long it would be. Very unprofessional. Given that they did not know a time, it was unacceptable that they made one up out of thin air. Twice. Do not recommend.

This is my worst experience at an Arby's. Foods out on the counter mislabeled for the better part of 15 minutes. Had to ask for a cup cup was wrong size. Staff seems overwhelmed and discordant. Despite being relatively empty tables in the dining room were dirty.

Ordered a rueban and got a rueban except without corned beef and instead a chicken patty? Also extremely old stale cold fries. Don't plan on eating at this location ever again

The food was great, but the sweet tea had a super thick consistency, it didn't have a sour smell/taste so I believe it may been a sugar mixing issue, but definitely something to check into.

Tried drive thru and was told they couldn’t hear me through their headset and could I come inside. . I have a toddler, I wasn’t wanting to go inside, so I stopped at the window. No one could be seen within view after a minute or two so I left.
Love Arby's. Little high but you have to treat yourself sometime

Thank you again for being friendly and doing yalls job correctly! Seriously can't thank each one of you working on 2/28 around 7:20pm. You made this fast food experience one for the books!
