Their parking lot and drive thru situation is terrible. Service is always great. The quicker cheaper option in town. For better, if stop elsewhere. Food is good just not better than others in town.
Parking: Just a terrible setup and hasn't been maintained very well. Shared parking as well as very little room. Also in a rough spot to enter and exit from, onto 127. This is the biggest downfall for this restaurant.
Absolutely absurd.... Terrible service, Terrible customer service, Terrible pizza. We have been getting pizza's from this location for a couple years but won't be getting anymore. When we got home the pizza and cheesey bread were completely dough... the surface on the bottom was cooked only superficially. I don't know what the deal was.....wrong settings on the oven. When we call the store they tell us to bring it back in. We live in rural Mercer county.....I don't live in town, I can't just run over there easily. I guess they won't stand behind the sign on the door. Won't be back.

My first time there. Wasn't to busy which I liked.
I wish that when I asked for a "Hot and Ready" pizza, it was actually ready instead of always having to wait 10 to 15 minutes for it to be ready. But hey, it was hot at least. Also, training tip to the people working in the back, instead of barely gliding the pizza cutter across the pizza, if you actually push down on the pizza cutter, it'll cut it into slices.

I've never had any issues here before tonight. Tonight I called in an order and spent 40 on dinner for my family. By the time we got home, got everything out on plates and started eating, they were already closed, so I am here. What a waste of $40. No one ate any of the supper because it was absolutely DISGUSTING!!!!! I think there was something horribly wrong with the cheese. Idk for sure, but the cheese pizza and the cheese bread tasted the same and my son said the pepperoni pizza was gross as well. When I say DISGUSTING, I really mean DISGUSTING. I almost puked it was so bad. There had to be something wrong with it. ?? And my son who would damn near eat anything only took 1 bite and threw it away. I really hope they make it right. It looks like I'm eating a cup of yogurt for supper tonight. ? All of my previous experiences (which is many) have been fine though, I just want to put that in here.
