Food was cold ,burger wasnt even on bun and my order of fries onky had 4 or 5 in the order ,I have spent alot of money here over the years and the kids inside spend time chasing each other instead of watching what they are doing

I just wanted to come on and say LISA the manager is absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond TWICE to make an order for me, I’m 6 months pregnant I had a toddler screaming “FRIES” In the backseat and a husband that doesn’t listen to a word I say which frustratingly had me crying in the drive through But 10 minutes to lunch one of the busiest times of the day Lisa was respectful and extremely kind to me so I wanted to say thank you and publicly talk her up for being so amazing I really really appreciate you

emily monroe was so sweet today around 10am i ordered myself a iced coffee and biscuits and gravy! the food was so good and emily took my order and she was so kind to me she explained the difference of a iced mocha and mocha frappe because i was lost at ordering went with the iced mocha coffee loved it she had a smile on her face the whole entire time i love seeing people be happy will be back soon!

Ordered pickup and they had forgotten about me and I had to go in to cancel. Manager was nice but the place was empty except for employees giggling in the back. I dunno. It just came across as a playground.
This store is run by incompetent and ill organized management and workers. Being pulled for an order for over 30 minutes is completely unacceptable and having worked in fast food, I know it’s not that hard. Having 10 plus workers come up and bring the wrong food is nothing if not frustrating and lazy management. Offering free food for wasted time is not compensation but an insult to your customers.

I’ve been 5 times in the past 2 weeks and their strawberry milkshakes are always unavailable. Seems to always be an issue at this location. Majority of the time they say the machine isn’t working but they’re too lazy to clean any of their equipment. The inside is filthy anyways so I’m not surprised.

i dont think people understand that during rushes its very easy to forget something!!! it is not a daily thing and constant thing. and for drive thru, most of the time they are multi tasking. lane 2 takes lane 2 AND makes all mccafé drinks, lane 1 takes lane 1 and pays out back cash. if customers would be more understanding and have some patience it wouldnt be so bad. fast food workers are also just humans and make mistakes you should never treat them any different smh. yeah sometimes the food may not be fresh fresh for you but thats because if you want it fresh you gotta ask for it to be fresh… mcdonalds is a busy place, most food gets kept it heating cabinets so therefore it’s still hot but not completely fresh. maybe try to think about how it is and then judge them!!
