I just wanted to come on and say LISA the manager is absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond TWICE to make an order for me, I’m 6 months pregnant I had a toddler screaming “FRIES” In the backseat and a husband that doesn’t listen to a word I say which frustratingly had me crying in the drive through But 10 minutes to lunch one of the busiest times of the day Lisa was respectful and extremely kind to me so I wanted to say thank you and publicly talk her up for being so amazing I really really appreciate you

emily monroe was so sweet today around 10am i ordered myself a iced coffee and biscuits and gravy! the food was so good and emily took my order and she was so kind to me she explained the difference of a iced mocha and mocha frappe because i was lost at ordering went with the iced mocha coffee loved it she had a smile on her face the whole entire time i love seeing people be happy will be back soon!

This store is run by incompetent and ill organized management and workers. Being pulled for an order for over 30 minutes is completely unacceptable and having worked in fast food, I know it’s not that hard. Having 10 plus workers come up and bring the wrong food is nothing if not frustrating and lazy management. Offering free food for wasted time is not compensation but an insult to your customers.

I’ve been 5 times in the past 2 weeks and their strawberry milkshakes are always unavailable. Seems to always be an issue at this location. Majority of the time they say the machine isn’t working but they’re too lazy to clean any of their equipment. The inside is filthy anyways so I’m not surprised.
i dont think people understand that during rushes its very easy to forget something!!! it is not a daily thing and constant thing. and for drive thru, most of the time they are multi tasking. lane 2 takes lane 2 AND makes all mccafé drinks, lane 1 takes lane 1 and pays out back cash. if customers would be more understanding and have some patience it wouldnt be so bad. fast food workers are also just humans and make mistakes you should never treat them any different smh. yeah sometimes the food may not be fresh fresh for you but thats because if you want it fresh you gotta ask for it to be fresh… mcdonalds is a busy place, most food gets kept it heating cabinets so therefore it’s still hot but not completely fresh. maybe try to think about how it is and then judge them!!

Most of the time I go to the McDonald's here in Harrodsburg I have a pleasant experience. The food seems fairly fresh and is always hot. The only thing they could improve on at some of my visits is how fast the person taking orders responds to you after you pull up to the speaker. This particular visit was pretty quick though I must say. Good job guys pretty good visit this time!👏

I went through this morning at about 11:30 and the girl in back cash with the tattoos was really sweet she read my order back to me and was overall just a kind person my fries were alitte cold but other then that it was a pleasant experience

Me and my wife ordered food and every time something is missing tonight all most everything we just got 20% of are thing... We are missing 10 pc mcnuggets and two large Fry's 2 ranch cups.. and they say it is a door dash thing but they said one night that are order was cancelled. It is a on good thing... One thing you can't see are the drinks that we did get....
