i dont think people understand that during rushes its very easy to forget something!!! it is not a daily thing and constant thing. and for drive thru, most of the time they are multi tasking. lane 2 takes lane 2 AND makes all mccafé drinks, lane 1 takes lane 1 and pays out back cash. if customers would be more understanding and have some patience it wouldnt be so bad. fast food workers are also just humans and make mistakes you should never treat them any different smh. yeah sometimes the food may not be fresh fresh for you but thats because if you want it fresh you gotta ask for it to be fresh… mcdonalds is a busy place, most food gets kept it heating cabinets so therefore it’s still hot but not completely fresh. maybe try to think about how it is and then judge them!!

Most of the time I go to the McDonald's here in Harrodsburg I have a pleasant experience. The food seems fairly fresh and is always hot. The only thing they could improve on at some of my visits is how fast the person taking orders responds to you after you pull up to the speaker. This particular visit was pretty quick though I must say. Good job guys pretty good visit this time!👏

I went through this morning at about 11:30 and the girl in back cash with the tattoos was really sweet she read my order back to me and was overall just a kind person my fries were alitte cold but other then that it was a pleasant experience

Me and my wife ordered food and every time something is missing tonight all most everything we just got 20% of are thing... We are missing 10 pc mcnuggets and two large Fry's 2 ranch cups.. and they say it is a door dash thing but they said one night that are order was cancelled. It is a on good thing... One thing you can't see are the drinks that we did get....

What has happened to customer service at McDonald’s in Harrodsburg, Kentucky
*Then off to *McDonald’s to get late lunch, HUGE mistake 😵💫😥 This was around 1:45 & 2:00p.m. Store was not busy at all….I was the only car in DT at the time…..placed my order, verified my order, pulled to first window to pay. I wasn’t sure if he was an employee or not due to the way he was dressed…..(guess you can dress anyway you want now days)🤷♀️……pull to last window to get my order….some dude in a sweatshirt hoodie, with hoodie on his head…..hands out a bag…..well, needless to say, I looked in bag…..”not my order” I handed back to him….told him what I had ordered, handed me a new bag with the correct sandwiches…asked him about my 2 UNSWEET TEAS he said “yes” they are unsweet tea, put drinks in my car, for some reason I did not believe him…..WELL, again not my drinks…..😳SWEET TEA….pulled around and blocked DT lane, still no other customers……went into store and to my surprise, what a disaster‼️lobby was filthy with food, trash on floor, tables dirty etc…..went to front counter, stood there and watched the show, no one acknowledge that I was standing there and 2 employees looked straight at me…..after saying “excuse me” twice with NO response from employees, I then decided to step behind the counter and holler out excuse me…..stop a guy walking by me (behind counter) and I told him my order was wrong and could he help me get the correct drinks, he said yeah sure, he then hollered at another guy and told him to get my drinks, why couldn’t the that first guy do it? Employee never acknowledge me or said they were sorry or to have a good day or even to kiss his ass. I finally did get my correct drinks by now my sandwiches were cold. Go figure…..I did observe behind the counter was worse than lobby….employees had personal drinks sitting everywhere behind the counter and in food prep area 😲 from Taco Bell, (I watched employee park their car and bring all drinks in, she made 2 trips from her car, so everybody got a blue drink)…..no one was in uniform nor had their hair restrained…
*MY QUESTION: where is the STORE MANAGER or SUPERVISOR or OWNER/OPERATOR of this McDonalds location?…… Please tell me this is not the normal way this store operates…..
*Employee that went to get drinks at Taco Bell should have been in lobby cleaning and tending to restroom’s…..what ever happened to clean as you go….huge hazard to slip & falls thru out the store for customers & employees…..

When someone orders a drink with light ice, it would be great if it could filled it to the top. We obviously want them 4 extra gulps. Being a big back, I can tell you those 4 extra gulps do make a difference.. Ur a billion dollar corporation. God
Not a bad place to eat, food is usually pretty good. I’ve had times where I’ve made orders and have had things forgotten, but other then that, it’s not bad at all.

I have come here for 4 years now and this is the worst I have ever seen a shift ran. Trash on floors every where including a chocolate drink mix by the food orderings station Drive through is using front lines ice by dipping cup and hand into it not a scooper which is available then each time used other hand to get ice to throw. And yes although her for dashing took 4 minutes to even be noticed. Terrible but that's off to grill line who seemed to keep there flow going right

They haven't got a meal right all year long! The time it takes just put an order in is excessive, even when there's very few people waiting. Fries are often lukewarm to cold. I'd rather drive 10 miles to Danville to go to a McDonald's.

Mobile app and drive thru went down. Needless to say, more of a mess than usual. Waited over 20 minutes before being asked to cancel the order. Wouldn't allow that because the good had already been prepared. Fries and nuggets that day there waiting was still served to us.
